I haven't experienced a Reiki session personally, but the underlying concepts and theories really intrigue me, so I found this visually appealing. The breathing exercises were a great way to help me feel more grounded, and your soft-spoken instructions, along with the calming sounds of the massage, created a lovely environment for relaxing before sleep.
