7:22 OMG That's Josef!!!! (Joseph). I love him! Caye Caulker is my soul place. Plan to move there very soon! How fun to recognize a friend from your video. Great info. Ty 🏝 🇧🇿
I am a Belizean and Belize is NOT an island it is border Guatemala and east of the Caribbean Sea . The islands that you call islands is NOT island those are cayes
I would pick San Pedro because of options, more restaurants and places to hang out. Caye Caulker is 10x slower and laid back. If you're retired and not want to be around a lot of people, Caye Caulker is the spot.
If you were in a 5 star hotel we will not be able to experience the culture with you. For that, i thank you for being "bidget friendly". Also, everyone doesn't have those funds anyways. So this is excellent for many. ❤❤❤
Thank you. And I've noticed some might not want to show anything other than a 5 star hotel. I'm not rich nor ashamed to show that you don't have to be in a 5 star hotel to travel and enjoy someone's country!
Great video however you have mispronounced the name of the island. It is pronounced “KEY Cauker” I’ve only land in Belize since 2009 and this is one of my favorite places to go. Thanks for doing the video.
It was a hidden gem. Sadly, it is no longer! Miss the days when you could really explore the island without the crowd. Avoid the popular food spots, truly tasteless. Sip N Dip was the best spot to just chill and good vibz
It was a small 4 unit. I paid $50 a night, that was one of the cheapest there on the island. It was alright but most westerns would not have liked the bathroom one bit. The host was great.
What was your experience like while visiting Caye Caulker?
Thanks for making a video that's actually SHOWING the country. So many other ppl just talk and show stock photos and video. Great content
Thank you for watching, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

@@TravelWithMuhamed I’m here before you get thousands to a million subscribers 😍
Whoa. I’m from Flatbush in Brooklyn. That’s wild to see that guy talk about moving. Maybe I’ll run into him
Not him roasting the audience 😅
Hahahah he was funny. He was talking about a lot, I didn't put it all in there. Cool guy
He lives in Caye Caulker now.
Canned food is useful in Hurricane season.
Yes I learned that after I posted the video. I'm learning as I go, and it makes sense for the hurricane season.
I'm trying to come for Carnival in September. Whats the 420 situation like there?
It's legal there but you can't in public. It will have to be on private property.
@@TravelWithMuhamed awe good to know. I'll definitely be staying in a villa over a hotel then.
@@jovhanrichards6114 make sure you check most places don't allow on the property.
Hi, due to hurricane season, canned goods are a necessary just in case items.
Thank totally makes sense. I'm enjoying the feedback because I'm learning a lot. Thank you.
Was your Airbnb Axios?
I honestly can't recall, I've had over 15 Airbnb's since this video.
I stayed in that exact Airbnb the guy in the house next to that Airbnb had some very big dogs
I remember the dogs!! lol
Good video. I like it there. Hope to visit. Is San Pedro better? If you could only pick one, which one?

I caught that lil step back lol He was a little close for a sec lmaoooo
lol yep!!

I was new to Belize, I'm late coming!! It wasn't as packed as San Pedro, it's too busy there for me.
@@TravelWithMuhamed nothing as bad as San Pedro. San Pedro is not for me
Same here, too many people.
Bevans Family🇧🇿caye caulker
Beautiful place to visit!!
Which ABB did stay at?
It was a small 4 unit. I paid $50 a night, that was one of the cheapest there on the island. It was alright but most westerns would not have liked the bathroom one bit. The host was great.
Gotta come to orange walk ill show u
OK!
FYI Caye is actually pronounced "Key!"
Yes I figured that out, thanks for watching
Hey what up bro
Hey hey!!
Im at the end.... Meat pies are $2 but banana bread is $5? Make that make sense. 😂😂😂 But okay. 😂🎉🎉🎉
lol yes I noticed that as well. The banana bread was probably the best I've had though!
You may want to consider one of those mobility scooters, how you were eating😂
lol I might!!!
❤❤❤❤🇧🇿🇧🇿🇧🇿🇧🇿🇧🇿🕊️🕊️🙏🙏🐝🐝🐝🐝
Beautiful people, culture, and food!
@@TravelWithMuhamed 💯🙌🇧🇿I totally agree with you 🇧🇿🇧🇿🕊️🕊️
noisy huge diesel generetor powering island (at least in 2017 was like this), high prices, not real nice beach there.
They might have upgraded it or it's not close by the houses and apartments. I didn't hear nor see any big generators.
We have caye not island, we have beautiful mangroves not beaches !
Caye is pronounced Kee....
You're the 50th person to inform me on that, this video is old and cannot be changed. Thank you!
try a different country...belize is neither a gem or hidden .[it used to be]
Yes, it’s changed, but there are hidden gems still. Caye Caulker, and Ambergris, nope. The island life is still alive and fantastic
I've been to 20 countries, I haven't heard much about Belize till recently! I enjoyed it. I'll be posting my next country soon!
The islands were great, I'm young, they might be a little too slow for my age!
U gotta message me next time
I will!
