@@TravelWithMuhamed Oh ok! I'm glad all went well. I've traveled to Santiago and DR in general many times. I know of one neighborhood that is dangerous in Santiago. It's called barrio Cienfuegos. It's very noisy and has a high crime rate.

Oh ok. When you're in the neighborhood you can tell it wasn't the best but it's way different from American neighborhoods. I walked around with no problem.

I agree, most of Santiago is loud. I personally don't like it but there are a lot of areas that aren't loud. I need peace and quiet.

@@TravelWithMuhamed it's the mtume hotel and casino. That was where they fought the rebels, and the us Marines. It has significant historical history and museum You can see where mostly closer to Spanish whites fought the wars. Now you see a huge mixed population

Thank you for watching! No there's one family that lives there, the house was big! I was a guest along with five other people. When word was given that Sancocho was being cooked, more friends and family came over to eat and hang out. had a great time!

Same here, too many people.

I used Uber a few times. A lot of them would cancel or never pick the ride up and I think it was because of the neighborhood I was in. And that's understandable. Uber is very cheap there.

Also when they cancel on you they get half of the money.

I would contact Uber right away. That's one thing I didn't like

They have some at some great prices!
