I got the implant surgery , but after I don’t experience any swelling, pain and discomfort that’s why I didn’t take the prescribed pain meds. I’ll be back after 3 months to install the crown

My left side getting sinking..
I have implant surgery after 5 months..
My doubt is that is my face continually sink?
After implant is there any chance to get back my face in to normal?
