    So luxurious..... I love violet.. what fun is, you can abstract it. It's perfect for someone like me who dislike when I can't get the result I expected. The result is really clean.....

      Thank you so much! Sometimes you need to repour, I’ve been there MANY TIMES! Haha every artist is so critical of our own work but sometimes you need to step back and find beauty later or repour if you still can’t. Be easy on yourself 🥰

    This is beautiful. Do you have a written list of supplies? I know you are showing what you are using but I cant see the words. Some are too small. Where did you get your materials from?

      Thank you!
      It was a learning process. When I learned no one had UA-cam videos. I just figured it out! Made a lot of awful stuff or stuff that didn’t cure properly from under mixing. Lots of room for error but it gets you where you’re going!

    Mam itz so beautiful ,wanted to make it,so inspiring..but cant find such a dark purple shade..should i mix grey or black colourant with regular dark purple to get desired darker purple?

    • @EllePours
      @EllePours  2 роки тому

      Hey there! Thank you so much! This purple is actually from the pigment company called Earth Made Beauty and I didn’t have to mix any black with it. (Normally I always do but this brands purple is amazing!) hope this helps you!

    Just found you. Beautiful work! Elle do you think covering the large crystals with resin effects their healing qualities?

    • @EllePours
      @EllePours  2 роки тому

      Hey there! Sometimes I get the resin over the larger crystals unintentionally but for the most part I focus on adding resin to the base for extra hold and try my best to not coat the actual Quartz. I’ve been guilty of it before but I try not to. In that case, I believe it wouldn’t affect their healing qualities if it’s just the case and sun is able to shine onto the art piece. Minerals love sun! A little epoxy on the base (where the sun wouldn’t be hitting anyways) shouldn’t do too much. I guess you’d have to use your own discretion after watching how it’s made.

  • @lina.6125

    Do you do that on wood?
    IT’S AMAZING!! 🥰

    • @EllePours
      @EllePours  2 роки тому

      Hey there! Yes every time! Wood is strong enough to hold the epoxy and crystals. Epoxy is also self leveling so something solid is way easier to work with. Hope this helps!

    Is your wooden base already white or do you prime it with a paint?

    • @EllePours
      @EllePours  2 роки тому +2

      Hey there! I primed it with white acrylic paint ahead of time :) hope this helps!
