Nah they just Voltron together into a huge thing. My theory is that there are only about 20 Meltan (the ones in this video) and they all combine to make this big form, which there is only one of. I mean cmon, since when are mythical Pokémon 2 of a kind in the game story? It ruins their exclusivity.
