WOW!! WOW!!! I ripped "Salvation" long ago--very heavy. Great tones and bass/drums locked...and swung slowly. This track, however, is a masterpiece. Superb guitar. SMC grunge's Television? Same year as Nevermind. Should have been big.
Cover of an early '70s song by The Troggs (of "Wild Thing" fame). CD-only bonus track on the band's only album. Features the sultry-smooth voice of the sadly unheralded Betsy Palmer (not the elderly actress, of course), the unfairly-neglected '80s/'90s rock goddess who also fronted 2 other equally short-lived bands: The Raunchettes (girl-punk) and The Phenobarbidols (psychedelic indie-rock), both worth seeking out.
