It’s says 2hrs at the highest setting, 6hrs on the lowest setting. That’s if you have it on the whole time. I’ve had it last up to 10 hrs turning it on and off between all its settings 🤙🎣🐟 Hope I answered your question!
Will a normal tripod work?
If it’s centered and has a 3/8” in screw hole, I don’t see why not. The light itself is pretty heavy. They stopped selling them on NorthernTool but you can get them off Amazon now. They have many styles to chose from

How does it do with attracting bugs at night?
No issues since it can be raised to 10ft. Gotta couple videos where I take it out. Apparently it’s no longer available though.....might be able to find one on eBay or something
To bad that light is no longer Available. Doesn't say way just says not available. as I do a lot of night fishing and looking for a good light.

Light and stand are $$$170 bucks before tax, way too expensive.. I bought a Ryobi 18 volt work light for $37bucks. That's with a charger and battery. 6 hours on high, 9 hours on regular. 45 minute charge, and unlike your mega bucks light, I just pop another battery in and keep on going. You run out of charge and you wait three hours to recharge with no light. My Ryobi takes the same battery as my work drill & dozens of worksite tools, and it dont cost much, and LED. Your lite is expensive, takes too long to charge, and once it's dead so is your night. I can charge my cell phone just like many lites do, and still save $135 dollars over your impractical piece of expensive junk. You push this garbage because they paid you to.
Not affiliated at all......and it seems your main concern is price......they have cheaper models. And don’t use Ryobi in comparison to the ALS series of lights......there is none lol Ryobi tools are dirt cheap for a reason btw.....appreciate the feedback regardless and thanks for tuning in!!
