Entire video explanation
1) Black Horseman in a White Desert - This signifies the poster for New Mexico Gaga saw before the accident. He may also signify Death or her body luring her deeper in her mind.
2) The Red Mask - This is the blood from the accident.
3) Bike with Pomegranates - The first real element in Gaga's vision. Most probably the victim of the collision. Pomegranates simultaneously signify life and death.
4) The Red Anklet - Gaga's broken foot in real life.
5) Walking to the White Chapel - This is the movie poster Gaga saw. This can also signify the deepest recesses of her mind, protecting her from trauma.
6) Pillow Man - Another victim of the accident who crashed on his steering wheel.
7) Black Girl in Blue - The first spectator to the accident. Most likely the one who called 911.
8) Two Yellow Men Holding a Door - These are two firemen holding the car door to get Gaga out of the mangled vehicle. Their hats have '911' written on them in roman numerals. The yellow men were blindfolded because the firemen wore black goggles.
9) Woman Holding a White Body - A woman holding a victim who got hit by the car. The white body even has red lace signifying blood.
10) Additional Three People in Blue - Additional spectators filming the whole thing.
11) Yellow Man Mixing a Cauldron - This is a fireman and a smoking car wreckage.
12) The Latin Guy in Black and the Black Mary in White - These are the paramedics trying to save Gaga's life.
13) The Spinning Umbrella - The paramedics descending via a helicopter.
14) The Purse with the Picture of the Doll - This signifies the pills that would have made her stable. Did she cause the accident?
15) The Latin Guy Strangling the White Mummy - The paramedic was checking for a pulse.
16) The Black Mary Covering the Pillow Man with a Sheet - This was the paramedic covering the victim with a thermal blanket.
17) A Man with Dog Ears whose Face is Being Covered by the Latin Man - The paramedic giving oxygen to one of the victims.
18) The Black Mary Flashing a Mirror on Gaga - The paramedic was flashing her flashlight on Gaga's pupil's looking for consciousness. Gaga in the dreamscape is her consciousness.
19) Gaga Floating Away with a Rose - This signifies Gaga's consciousness/life leaving her body. She was even wearing a halo.
20) The Latin Guy Pulling Her with a Rope - The paramedic gave her CPR. You can even see a brief flash of the real world as she comes crashing down.
21) The Rope - It was the tourniquet used on Gaga's foot.
22) Latin and Gaga Mouth-to-Mouth Action - This was CPR, mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.
23) Yellow Man on Ladder Sprinkling Rose Petals - This is a fireman repairing the movie sign. The petals were sparks.
24) Men in Blue Masks - These are policemen. They even have the bird sign in their hats.
25) The Blue Streamers Waving in the Wind - This was the fire hydrant spewing water.
26) The Peacock - This represented Armenia in the Armenian Film Festival signage.
27) The Black Mary Holding a Snake - This is the snake in the cross logo of the paramedics.
28) Gaga in Yellow Spasming - This is Gaga's body rejecting the medication/treatment.
29) The Mural - This was the scene of what really happened. Gaga is now getting closer to surfacing to reality.
30) The Latin Guy Touching Her Heart Area - The paramedic giving her heart pumps and CPR.
31) Gaga in Black Floral Outfit - This is Gaga being put in a full-body brace. The curtain also might have fallen in the background to signify her impending death, the body bag. This is why, as a last-ditch effort, the paramedics used the defibrillator.
32) The Box - This is the defibrillator.
33) The Virgin Sacrifice - As dream world and real world collide, the vision concludes in a terrifying sacrificial scene as the pain comes rushing in. It's interesting that the knife that kills her in the dream world is the current of electricity that brings her to life in the real world.
34) 'I didn't have my pills!' - This suggests that she caused the accident because she wasn't stable because she did not have her medication.
35) LG Advertisement - 'Life is good.' Ironic, isn't it?

The pomegranates are symbolism for the movie The Color of Pomegranates. It’s a movie about a poets life told through symbolism, not words. A lot of references to the movie in the video. And you get a .5 second frame of her in the stretcher after she falls to the ground bringing her back for a quick moment. After you’ve seen it once, you can’t miss it and it completely changes the view of this music video. So freaking good. So genius.
My biggest enemy is me pop a 911 referring to antidepressants and pain killers she’s gotta take (but also just generally acknowledging mental health issues in general as well as past traumas being “the number one killer” which she says in her “marry the night” video). So all the sight intakes during the accident go into her subconscious as she’s nearing death but gets pulled back to life in the video but also referencing how she can have “accidents” when she doesn’t take her meds. And the accident references her past traumas as well. Also at the beginning she’s following the guy in the black horse with a blind fold which represents her following her dark thoughts of self-harm blindly, consequently cause of harm to herself and others. And the LG placement isn’t simply product placement but it’s an ad of herself as the star Lady Gaga and “Life’s Good” logo making it seems like her life is so wonderful when she’s constantly fighting an up/down battle with herself where she nears death and then makes a comeback with her fame. You’ll also notice when she has her red outfit, the guy opens his mouth and faces her to represent the real medic trying to resuscitate her and she walks away b/c she wanted to die b/c of all the physical pain she was in cus of her fibromyalgia, which really happened.
The film poster in reality is '' the colour of pomegranates'' and she has a bag of apples with her bike. In her hallucination those apples became pomegranates. Also in reality the Armenian film festival determined the theme of her hallucinating or psychotic dream.Also why she floats is like going to heaven but it's just a psychotic dream...but still tied by reality so when the guy pulled her, there is less than a second that shows that she woke up in reality. Her feet is also tied and hold once by the guy in the dream and in reality it is broken in the accident. The man also tried to resuscitate her. The mirror flashing to her was actually the flashlight of the doctor. (The one with red cross and snake in medicine). The blue ones with a stick are actually the selfie stick. The oasis with those balls is about an artist with the same mental health issue. Forgot the name. The lady who holds the mummy is the lady holding a dead body in the accident. The man banging his head to pillow means he banged his head to airbag during accident. The woman also put a silver blanket on his back in the dream, in reality he has a silver something in his back too. The big guy and the woman descended from abovewhile rotating the umbrella in the dream since in reality they came from helicopter with the medical team. The seashell put in front of the man with golden outfit is the mask for breathing in the reality for the same man in gold outfit. The ones wearing blue in the dream are the police. The orange ones are the firefighters or maybe electricians that fixes the electric wires in the armenian film festival cinema. The first one to sing is the one holding the streetlight post in reality.
She talked about this that this is about mental health esp her own experience and our biggest enemy is ourselves and she and others just pop a drug and then another one again from day one, and we need to ask for professional help thus 911. Before the accident maybe her subconscious mind saw the LG OLED ad, so in her hallucination she's in the white sand dessert and at the same time LG is Lady gaga and Life is Good as a message. She didn't have her pills so her mind told her to go to traffic and maybe take a suicide. Everything she saw before and after the accident before she had psychotic outbreak were converted into something psychotic dream. In lyrics she said her mood's shifting too manic places.
The lyrics said keep repeating self-hating phrases. I have heard enough of this voices. Almost like I have no choice. Like most people always do and they have no choice but hear those voices in their heads. The lyrics also said please path the line, need 911. Maybe she can't get help like a very helpless person with psychotic outbreak. Many people with mental health issues needs help but some can't get help so please patch the line. 911= help or drug like olanzapine. If she pops it, she can't see her cry ever again but we know that's not true since that is not a solution.

Gaga crashed riding a bike and everything she saw around her before she passed out became the situation which is the weird scenario we saw the whole video. It's a realm between life and death and the paramedics are trying to revive her.
So the video was everything she saw when the accident happened and was kind of dreaming about everything she saw around her before the brought her back.

If Madonna and Lady Gaga started the same time like 2008 or Madonna's time, what would happen given their songs and videos, personalities, singing and acting talents and messages? Lady Gaga is Bisexual so she's really part of LGBT and really took drugs and weeds, gets bullied for a long time, sexually harassed, feel alone and eccentric and freak, etc and had depression and really performed in bars as dancing bitch and create all her music esp with other musicians without being superior to them and make music together than ''this is the song, sing this '', starts writing songs from 4 yrs old, and designs her own dresses.
