Since you are a metalhead, i have a good feeling that you would definitely appreciate her more in the whole Born this Way album. It has metal rock influences and touches. I hope you'd find time to listen it. Plus kindly watch her performance with Metallica in 2017. She always had Freddie Mercury (Queen) and David Bowie as her taste in music and style ever since 🖤
I think this song is about her suicide attempt. In one universe she wants fame, money, etc but it ends in a sacrifice. When she dies in this universe it gives life to her real self (her real self had a failed attempt in which she popped pills) which you see at the end where she wakes up. Now she has to live with this, that she does not want to live in this world but she almost has no choice... the artistry behind the video is just amazing

Yeah, I subscribed, anyone who has filmed with the great Lady Gaga deserves my attention. She is a awesome story teller and this movie proves it. If you do not know 911 refers to an anti psychotic drug, and when the paramedica asked her if she was on any meds, she said she did NOT have her pill, cause her to attempt suicide and and cause the accident. This is in essence at statement on metal health. The LG sign I believe stands for LG (Lady Gaga) Elton John calls her LG, and then says Life Is Good (she has a duet on the album called Sine from above with him). And yes dude you are very handsome. From the hand banging of the guy to the costumes, the funeral, the window ... everything !! I highly recommend you to watch it. The video will make much more sense then !
