There is a 2010 video of a much larger tornado hitting the Cabela's in Dundee Michigan. I saw that one personally and it was green and glowing. Tornadoes must like guns.

It is a tornado. Not every tornado shreds buildings. Also the winds were likely 65-84mph, more than just a strong wind if you ask me
in some parts of the country, that is just a dust devil. albeit with moisture and not dust.
