My current favourite doom metal band. Already saw them live (only once at Under the Doom festival in Lisbon) and when they played Bloodflower the audience got in a static reverencial silence when the female vocalist sang that left a lasting impression on my memmory.
As you guys know, I love Draconian and that goes for their new album too. My ranking list right now (as far as they have released) is in the following order: 1. Sorrow of Sophia 2. Lustrous Heart 3. Moon over Sabaoth 4. The sacrificial Flame Draconian are simply amazing lol. They do never dissapoint. Cheers, William
Recently discovered Draconian and my favorite is Stellar Tombs (Edited Live Video). The "new" female singer Heike's vocals are hypnotic and I like the edited video because it shows her beautiful eyes. I can't remember the male vocalist's name but his are my favorite male growls. I find that his rythmic choices and phrasing are dramatic.
Just a fact about DraconiaN : ALWAYS , their next song is the best ! I've learned this, for good, from recent single releases of the new album ... Great video, thank you ! /,,/
I think The Sacrificial Flame is probably my favourite so far (felt it had the most interesting turns and elements with that really cool solo at the end as well). For this one (and as much as I like both vocal styles), I couldn't help but feel that that chorus would have been better with Heike's 'misty' vocal more at the forefront. Still really liked it though. Sorrow of Sophia and Lustrous Heart were also great.

Juha ravio was smart to get her to help sing My mistake from Hallatar some years back and that song is in the same kind of form as this one is both ,smooth doom that just pulls you in to the song and all of it's wonder ,that puts minds in to a dream state kinda. same as the Great Sleep prodject.-be cool,Later!
I have been listening to this album for about a week and I too have trouble picking the favorite track. In my opinion this song is great because its able to bring a visual effects as so the listener is there. Also, they were able to incorporate the sadness and joy effectively. Draconian did an amazing work here.

The girl has perfect clean vocals for doom metal. Very good band, I checked out Sovran and I'm looking forward to this new album.
