This is just superb, been searching for "volleyball drills coaches" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Renndrew Volleyball Victimless - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my cousin got great success with it.

I really really love volleyball but I missed my chance to get on my high school team and since I'm a senior now I can't join this late. I play rec centre volleyball but none of the girls are very good so we can't do drills like this :(

Just wonderful, I've been looking for "volleyball drills for college athletes" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Renndrew Volleyball Victimless - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my brother in law got amazing results with it.

"Your bad... we know it's your bad" YIKES... choose your wording carefully. As a player, it's normal to say "my bad" but to hear "your/you're bad" from someone else even if it's not malicious could affect their mental.
