What a fantastic game, i was so lucky to have spend many hours playing this game when I was a kid in 90s in Iran. Dark and scary world yet such a magical place. All sorts of enemies and some challenging game-play and puzzles. Story, sounds and picture was captivating, i still get goosebumps when i watch it.

Damn. I had to dig deep in my memory to remember what the name of this game was. Haha. I had bought this game back in the days on pc and loved it. Never got past the 4th level though. Was pretty hard game for kids. 😁
Damn, the voice acting and soundtrack feel so alive. Even the animation is not bad at all for current standards, the inly thing really bad about is is the framerate, but that's only for the cinematics.

My brother got the PSX version when it came out, and wow did we love it! It was so damn hard though, I can remember when we got done with disc 1, it felt like an actual accomplishment. I don't think either of us ever beat it during our childhoods (I finally beat it for the first time myself, in 2019), and when he took his copy of the game with him, it took me until 2006 to get my own, from a store called Software Etc., which was in the mall, for around $9 (I still have the reciept, weirdly enough). Now looking for a copy of the PC version, I'm seeing the PSX version listed for prices around $50 and up. So glad I got mine when I did, but it didn't come with the 3D glasses - I have several pairs though, so not a big issue.
The sounds and music are big budget they are made by an actual guy who makes movies scores. Cant remember the name of the top of my head but he's legit.
Even though this game looked like for kids, it was a game for elders, the gameplay was like NES, SNES consoles. Some have a hard time. At that time, PC players were not as used to the difficulty as Nintendo players. As a kid I enjoyed it and finished the game. The game was saveable and after a few tries I was able to complete the level. Animation was a reward back then. This game was underrated. People blame the graphics for being outdated, but the game has aged quite well and is still playable today. The whole thing was like a Spieberg movie.
Can someone explain how I can get the full game to work on an emulator because you download both roms and on the 2nd one it always appears as "insert disc one" or whatever 😭
This is like child version of AnotherWorld, instead of sci fi it's more like Occult fantasy with Disney sounds. Still it looks more playable then the other hard game. Never played this but I wish had, hope they make remake. BTW wassup with the 3d style? Is this in the game or the uploader did extra? Making a new version of this and make it VR would be exciting.

I took this game for an adult adventure/exploration type of story and now it feels kinda disappointing to learn it's about searching for a dog or whatever. Also, I blame the 16:30 stage for my life-long fear of swimming in water darker than turquoise color :D
