In the context of UA-cam, you cannot use footage from another UA-camr that constitutes a 'substantial part' of their video.". You didn't even bother changing the thumbnail. In my opinion it is okay to make tutorials about the same things, but blatantly using content of someone's tutorial isn't. If you do not have the motherboard to do a certain tutorial, that's just too bad yet it doesn't mean that you are allowed to copyright.
The only info gathering i can see in your video, is watching my video. You just added a voice to every step. Also in the last frame i can see the cringe windows activation. You should probably make a tutorial about that too, on how to activate windows for free lol.
