Such a different flavour from the organ. Organists like us only have to strike the notes on the manuals and pedals and hold for the required time whether it be staccato or held. Here it is more complicated to get the required dynamics and tone colour. A real mastery performance I hope the pedal piano will become better known where music written for it will once again be heard on the pedal piano.

Che delusione, speravo di essere io a caricare per primo questo video, sebbene debba ammettere che il mio cellulare non regge davvero il confronto qualitativo colla telecamerina. Mi consolo pensando che il maestro ha spento "quest'aggeggio" mentre io ho continuato a riprendere. Dopo il concerto del Jasha Lieberman Trio a Krakòw è stato il concerto più bello cui abbia assistito tante grazie al maestro che ci ha regalato queste emozioni.
