Simple Apple Pie - Today I'm making a simple apple pie that anyone can make easily. This quick, delicious apple pie is wonderfully fluffy, juicy and creamy. When I have 2 apples and want to quickly eat a delicious apple pie, I like to make this very simple recipe. Have fun baking!

Ingredients for the simple apple pie:
2 apples
2 eggs
110 g of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
80 ml of vegetable oil
80 g sour cream
100 ml milk
190 g of flour
13 g baking powder
for the cream:
1 egg
50 grams of sugar
15 g corn starch
250 ml milk
optional: powdered sugar
