I always thought about it as fishscale cocaine. All that glitters ain't fishscale because some people get caught up in the party glamour lifestyle and fishscale is like top cocaine, seen as glamourous and used in parties by celebrities. So, DOOM here would be saying: It might look appealing to go this route and glamourise yourself, sell your artistry, it's not what it's really about and it's dangerous as it leads you down a path of addiction to fame as cocaine does, no matter how "trendy" this one might be.

But those are ice cream flavours… so he just adds on after the fact that he likes ice cream. Haha so flexible and playful and complex. Mad lib + doom have the best A.D.D energy.
