The last episode was so damn deep, and heavy, everyone has something going on even the cushings. The issues they touch on; drug use, cult brainwashing, suicide, it's more real than any other superhero series I've ever watch.

The latest episode of Superman & Lois was just a spectacle in so many levels. The whole sequence with Bizarro fighting Superman and the Legion was really good. I definitely think maybe that crystal Tag took which Bizarro dropped could hold the key to defeating Bizarro. Also with Jonathan Kent I think the X-Kryptonite that he took during his football practice could unleash his kryptonian powers.

Ok, WOW. This episode had such amazing visuals, especially during the Bizarro/Superman fight scene.
Seriously, I was completely alone and out loud I was making comments about it to myself. It's like they came up with a rule and said, anything amazing can only last five seconds a pop, but let's make it the best five seconds in the world! Not a bad approach versus 20% of the episode having cheesy or unmotivated effects.

Jonathan's girlfriend Candice said that when taking the XK drugs it give every person a different power of a kryptonian like 1 person could have super strength while another person could have invulnerability. I think Jonathan's latent kryptonian powers might be manifesting fully and permanently considering that when Jon took the drug he only got telescopic vision, but in this clip it seems that he has enough super strength to knock down Jordan ( who was able to withstand multiple metal pipes crushing him in the pilot ).

Or even how Lois handles everything in general, by repressing her feelings then blowing up at the first person she sees. Sam training Jordi is the smartest thing, but Lois will make it seem like a bad thing. And I bet it will save Jordi's life and other lives in the future.

Sam and Jordan should sit down and explain why training him just makes sense. Most of the time Lois or Clark were mad at Sam they were right.

Sam was right about stock piling Kryptonian weapons. They ended up having to fight Kryptonions and even Superman himself. Just because Superman broke out of it, doesn't change the fact he could have destroyed the world. Lois doesn't give her father enough credit. Her father has been protecting the world just like Superman. Lois is pretty selfish to me. She has no respect for her fathers service to her country.
@@wkadalie I agree about having Krptonian weapons, but I don't agree that the U.S should be the ones to have them. Heroes like Steel and Batman should have it just in case. The government is known to make crappy decisions and would absolutely go after Superman if he pissed them off even if he didn't go evil. Lois was right about Sam, though. He wasn't there for his kids after their mother left them. He threw himself into his work and always put that first. You can protect the world and still be there for your kids as we see with Superman. Lois was a kid who wanted a father and her father was barely there for them.
Here’s a theory: the necklace is seen to maybe be taking power and absorbing life force which is Parasite’s powers in the comics so maybe Ally will get a hold of the necklace and become the new parasite

The cult leader is a reference to Alexandra and Alexander Allston who both became Parasite.
I think Jonathan being on X-Kryptonite will cause his powers to emerge. For example Jordan was at the mines filled with X-Kryptonite when his heat vision surfaced, Tag got his powers from X-Kryptonite and Tal-rho was using X-Kryptonite with the eraticator to put kryptonian conciousness into people so all signs lead to Jonathan's powers emerging. I think that if Jonathan's powers do start to emerge then if stops taking them his powers will still be there. I think that because since he's half kryptonian having a boost from X-Kryptonite will keep his powers there. I hope Jonathan will tell Jordan or Clark if his powers begin to emerge because if he doesn't he could have a (as Jonathan calls it)"Super freak out" or a power surge caused by his emotions and have an emotional solar flare like Jordan did in end if episode 6. I hope that when Clark finds out about Jonathan taking X-Kryptonite he takes Jonathan to Tal-rho's fortress to make sure he is okay and the X-Kryptonite didn't cause severe damage to him. It would be great if Jonathan ended up developing powers along with natile getti g her own steel suit just like the comics because then there would be 3 super teens that can help Clark and Jhon defeat this guy and another possible villains.🦸♂️🦸🏻🦸🏼🦸🏽♀️ In the promo Jonathan throws punches at Jordan and he is on the ground because of how strong Jonathan was. I have 2 theories on that. My first theory is that the pills Jonathan are on have a large amount of X-Kryptonite and him being half kryptonian caused his strength is massively improve and he got angry at Jordan which resulted in him punching him in doing so revealing his strength to Jordan then which would result in Jordan looking scared or shocked. My second theory is that because of Jonathan having X-Kryptonite/kryponite in his body at a high level he is also getting Bizarro's vision or if there is another villain that is slowly being introduced that can control minds(I think its just Jonathan getting fed up but there could be other situations aswell.)

I think I prefer Jonathan's powers only manifesting as long as he is taking X-Kryptonite, and doesn't gain permanent powers. I think keeping him human allows for better stories where he has to deal with the addiction of the X-Kryptonite and his humanity. Also in situations where he's alone with his mother in the middle of a crisis. Will make more interesting situations, then somebody straight out who can stop it. I think if he does develop abilities, they should be more limited.

This latest episode was just great, as everyone has stated, everyone has something interesting going on. Be glad to see the X K unlock Jon's latent powers, but looks like it's just xk fixes that will help him "be like superman," And I think Steel/John will pull thru and help his daughter, Nat, become his successor like in the comics. Also, J&J granddad training Jordan in secret help Clark is what he (Clark) needs cause the team Anderson put together got pawned. RIP two members. At any rate, Clark won't like it but he desperately needs an assist from someone close to his power range to take Bizarro down. Now, I also agree the necklace is the key to beating him (Bizarro). Also, enjoying the Lois/Lucy & Cushions storylines as well. Edit Mad respect for John despite everything including his failing banged up suit, risked his life to save Clark.
They better not kill off John Henry he needs to bounce back and get his Steel suit

I'm disappointed Clark didn't confront Anderson about him not telling him he located Bizarro then in this trailer he accuses Clark of hiding information 😕. I also feel like they are giving to much screentime to this Lois storyline when its really the least interesting one.
Bro big spoiler warning, there is a female version of parasite in dc comics and her name is Ally or something. With referring Ally as parasite for cult activities in this episode, maybe there are setting parasite appearance in this season.
For your knowledge Parasite in dc comics has power absorb people power and some times their personalities. He/she is a major superman villian.
Also to add on to that point the writers probably I’m guessing gave in addition a lot of time to the Lois story this past episode to properly introduce her sister to the show given how she was portrayed differently in the Supergirl show a few years back and this version is different due to crisis.

Personal predictions for rest of the season, potential spoilers if I'm right:
Ally becomes Parasite like in the comics, she's the one behind Bizarro coming through. The "other self" stuff part of the inverse theory cult is real and they're seeing their bizarroworld selves. Bizarro and the new director are both red herrings and neither will stay antagonists. Parasite will probably siphon Bizarro's energy and kill him in the mid season finale.
Oh I'd hate that
Lois's sister is beyond saving and Jonathan is going down a very dark path but I hope he can be saved.

I knew that Superman never should've trusted that Lieutenant Anderson. It's his fault that two of those superteens died. Superman needs to choose his allies a lot more carefully from now on. I really hope that John Henry recovers from his injuries and new upgrades to his suit. One more thing, I fear that Johnathan is going down a dark path with his addiction that will cost him his innocents.

@@wkadalie It's why people prefer what Netflix do, where they drop the whole season all at once so you can binge it all. I know a few people who wait til the season is over so they can ninge the whole show at once so they don't have to wait a week or so til the new episode.
@@timelordhonour I have problems with the binge model too. I find like I'll watch an entire season in like a day or two. And it won't have as much impact. As say watching Hawkeye every week. Or even Peacemaker. That leaves you with cliffhangers every week. Or mandalorian. Yes maybe I should have will power and not watch it all at once, but I can't.

This shows storylines although separate in the beginning, does a full circle ⭕️ to intertwined. So this whole concept of a family show is kinda true.
The only thing that I don’t like about this season is that Jordan was struggling to use his powers in season one but as soon as season two starts he suddenly just has absolute control over them like where that breathe breath come from that was the first time he’s use that power in the show but they made it seem like he’s been using it for ages now

He has much more control over his powers, but that doesn't mean he has mastered them. It doesn't necessarily mean that he's become more skilled with it that way. Control and mastery is different is this case I think
It's because when zata rho took over his body he used Jordan's powers so maybe that helped him have more control

I mean idk what the hell folks are mad at Lois for. I mean sure maybe she should have also put that in, but that's also dangerous? Very much damned if you do damned don't. Because while most folks can see the whole "2nd self" bullshit as the drugged up near death wish fulfillment that it is, there are a lot of people like Lucy that would believe that shit and die trying to see their "2nd self." The main takeaway should be anyone telling you to take drugs and drown yourself in the bathtub is dangerous. And most people would take that message, but Ally's audience aren't those people. It's the people that are so desperate that they would drown themselves for "enlightenment." And Lois and especially Lucy (like legally) would have to answer to that.

1. My first thing is if you have been caught up on the latest superman & lois news we saw Jon in a superboy costume which I think is pretty sick, ( and ye s I am one of those people who think Jon would work way better with the whole superboy stuff because well…. I just do)
But when it comes to Jordan and Johnathan
In my eyes both boys can be pretty immature at certain times but at the same time have proven to be very strong and brave.

super humans being controlled by his “uncle”.
And ofc byes I do know that Jordan asked Sam to train him but I think during that time it will also give Jordan a chance to think about every possibility that could happen if his future decides to unfold like this, there could be issues with Sarah and his future life/family.
And I’ve seen a lot people discussing the costume for superboy and I love that costume, but like some people have said it just doesn’t feel like Johnathan so here are my theory’s on the costume.
1. Notice how Clark when he’s not Superman in the show/comics he seems to be a
bit weird ya know glasses, kinda a geek,flimsy at certain times, and he just looks like a total nerd ngl, but then when he goes all Superman he’s like cool, chill, not so clumsy, he’s got the abs and stuff like that.
So I think that’s where they want to go with Johnathan if he is to become superboy and this is the earth prime him, I think that’s his way doing that, inside his normal life he’s funny,smart, and a bit of a golden child(but so was Jordan at one point to Clark) athletic and stuff. But then when he goes all superboy he’s like this punk, he doesn’t care, he kinda also like Clark goes with the flow.
2. I saw a comment like this on pageys channel saying that they think that “superboy”/ Johnathan Kent is bazziros son from the alternate reality. Ngl that seems like something they would do but I feel like it’s a little much for Jon.
3. This is an alternate universe Jon( a thoery that I’m leaning towards the most but it’s not something that I would be to interested in). This could be a jon from post crisis earth 37 or another universe.
4. This is our normal Jon but the XK drove him to have a different style and opinions. Now I would just like to say that I do not keep up with supergirl that much (it still is a very very awesome show) but I don’t know if they have changed too much about mon-el because we do know that mon-el is one of the
great grandsons of Jon, so yeah.
Also I don’t think the CW would change up to much from comic book storyline yes they’ve done that with some shows.

The flash: Nora Allen is not actually a real character.Her superhero alias though is real.
I know that XS had a different identity and was a descendant of dawn(Barry’s original daughter from the comics), but instead XS is the granddaughter instead of daughter of Barry. And Bart is actually the grandson of Barry aswell but in the show they both portray roles of the children.
Anyways they did change up alot about those shows and stuff. But I don’t think the CW would go as far as giving a nonexistent DC character the role of a cape that was originally supposed to go to Jon if the CW directors entirely went by the comics…
Personally when I look into the future of the show I see Jordan as more of a family man, like Clark. While when I see Jon I can see him being Superboy. Two different sides of Superman separate and go into his two sons.
