No New client that you are calling and trying to get work from is going to tell you he has a problem it’s the opposite he will say he has no problems. First He would be embarrassed by admitting his problem and second by not having a problem that makes you look desperate and he will talk you down on your price. Now if the customer contacted you then of course there is a reason.
