What an amazing property! That “quirky” little door and storage area that goes through to the other room would make a perfect hidden room for a child/ren...I have twin 8 year olds that would have a fit over something like that! Oh and the time and attention put into those trails on the property bring 2 words to mind, love and pride. There is one place towards the end that is a large oval-ish open area surrounded by trees, imagine a dining al fresco type party with little lights or lanterns in the trees!
I was in a really late 1800's house, and it was all original, and the kitchen sink was exactly like that one.. It was awesome! It looks like it was built so you just stack your clean dishes on either side to drain and dry.. I love those, and the old claw foot bath tubs.. Not sure how old the oldest section of that house is, but it's a really cool place.. I hope all is well, and that you have an awesome weekend.. Peace!

My wife and I have been working on our property for 3 years now turning it into same type of farm and folks would not believe how much work it is and I wish I could have bought one ready to run 3 years ago but nothing was available at the time. But, I assure you, if you will do a little research on Colorado and other western states “water law” and you will find out real quick that it is a real thing and that even tho the water runs off your pretty tin roof and out your downspouts it DOES NOT belong to you and folks in that part of the world can get fined or imprisoned worse than if you raped or murdered someone. I was a real estate broker in Colorado and we had to take continuing education classes specifically on water law every year so yes, it is very real buddy. Oh the things we take for granted when we live out east or Midwest. It is so screwed up out west and has been for a long time. Take care buddy and thanks for the videos

Brad I love your videos. The one thing I think that stands out is you are very thorough. You don't miss a thing when showing a property and I love that. Your aerial shots with the drone are nice as well. That said please slow down with the camera works with the hand held. Sometimes you move so fast it makes me dizzy. I want to enjoy the views and before I know it you zip through the pan and I can't catch the image. Not meant as an attack just an observation, otherwise keep up the great work.

Thank you for your reassurance. My mom is fairly "fallen apart", just want to keep her healthy-ish? She's disabled and was injured in 9/11 - 5 joint replacements and lots of other issues. It's a tough choice, because I'd love to live in that house, but then, there's enough land to build myself a rustic cabin and make the house a B&B. I'd also let people camp in tents in one area and have a restroom with 4 toilets, sinks and showers built close to the campers. They could have a big campfire and tables for their picnic. Heck, I'd probably be out there tent camping more than anyone. That looks like a fun property.
