Michelle, I have just moved to Bergen, Norway with my family in January 2016. My husband is working with the Norwegian Navy and will be here for 3 years so he has been through an intensive Norwegian language course in the states. I have found your UA-cam language course to be incredibly helpful and entertaining! Thank you!

To be(maybe) overly critical I think the verbs could have been more commonplace and not geared towards a teenage audience.

Hi! I'm visiting bergen in march 2019 for about a week. I will be quite poor as I am a university student. I will be saving up between now and then so that I can afford somewhere to stay. Do you have any advice for me regarding staying in bergen? I want to be in the city centre if possible because I wont be spending money on trains or busses.
Don't suppose you fancy putting me up for the week? I can clean, cook and pay! It's a long shot but hey, I will be travelling alone and with very little money so I am happy to try anything! I'm feeling super adventurous!

I`m norwegian as well and find it very interesting seeing how someone who grew up in USA is explaining my language with such an enthusiasm and with that lovely smile :)
It`s hard to stop watching/learning (well, updating at least) and understanding how americans think, language-wise :)
Keep going, I will follow these lessons!
    Tommy.

So glad to see your next video! I lived in Trondheim in the 4th grade (way back in the 70's!) and have been back only a few times. I still love trying to speak the language but it's difficult to practice when no one else speaks it. I've taught my son several short phrases though. PLEASE keep making more videos!! You have a beautiful voice and I would love hearing a few "barnesanger." I'm an elementary music teacher of 18 years and have even taught my students the few songs I know!

I never left the U.S. in my life, so i up and got a one way ticket to Europe and here I am in Bergen since Sunday. Of all places, right? And with no money and job, which makes it a tangible adventure. But I'm happy to be starting my journey around Europe in this beautiful city.
