Molly, you've kicked off my morning with total bliss. Your beautiful Snake was a young Scrub Python. They grow much bigger than Carpet Snakes, recorded up to 28 feet long & can eat a fairly large kangaroo. They are more quiet than Carpet Snakes too & are usually easy to handle. Although i had a friend who had a pet one that grew to 19 feet long & it took 7 strong guys to hold it to pull a bad tooth once. Its head was bigger than a size 10 foot & it had a habit of striking at you if it was activated by feeding & you really had to watch your self because it would kill you if it latched on & coiled around you. Their is no way one person could ever escape its grip if it got hold of you.
Why are you quoting measurements in feet, when Australia started using the metric system in 1974, and abandoned imperial measurements completely in 1988?

Hey Molly, loved this video. I’ve spent many days working at Kareeya Power Station (at the end of the road). Along the road there used to be Cardstone Village which served as a home to all that worked at the power station. I used to say to myself not many people would travel to work everyday with such a beautiful view!

Molly, glad I came across your site, I have followed your adventures for over a month now and truly enjoy them. Your rig and set up are perfect for overlanding. The color there are so vidid, I have been exploring off road in Nevada, USA since the late 70s and now that I am retired I finally have the time to overland and explore all the sites in the American southwest. I am a photographer and document all my journeys for slideshows. You inspired me and I may get a drone and start creating some videos of my adventures.

Molly, as always I loved your video! You were right, this area of Australia is breathtaking! I turn 70 in 5 days and I retire on Aug. 1st. It's always been a dream of mine to visit Australia and your videos have done nothing but strengthen that desire. Someday soon I hope, I will travel to Australia, you can count on that! I will point out one thing though, everything you've shown in your videos and all the photographs I've seen of the wonders of Australia all my life still have a way to go until they match your beauty! Hey Molly, thanks for another great video. I loved it even more as I travelled also up that road two years ago and was also super impressed by the area. Had a swim in the top part of the river at the end going down that little naughty track haha. Was the only one there the whole time, just the way we love it. I am travelling up the Queensland Coast in my van, be great to run into you and say Hi 🙏😁👍🌞

When my father served in World War II, the 1st Marine Division was sent to Australia for R&R between battles. As a boy, it was so interesting to hear him tell of Australia's beauty.
