I always find it funny when people say half penny instead of haypney. I know it seems weird these days to say haypney but that's the actual pronunciation. I've been in the biz too long, i think... okay, yeah, you're right. There's no such thing as "too long" in numismatics. 😂🤣
There are a lot of minor errors to look for with predecimal coppers. In the KGVI era coppers, yiu will find a lot of plastically deformed die errors. People call it ghosting. Cuds and bosses are fairly common as are small die cracks and oil or grease strike throughs.
And minor rotations of less than 5°. Those are very common too.
