I'm so shocked at Oprah I mean she was raised up to believe in the father and the son. She has changed so much. But nothing surprises me anymore about celebrities. I had to come back and edit my comment because I didn't finish watching before I commented. I think Oprah took what the preacher said the wrong way about God being jealous. But y'all got it y'all know what it meant! God supposed to come before anything he wants you to love him. I've heard that said many times before that "God is a jealous God" but I knew what it meant right away. I certainly didn't think it was jealous of me lol. How can she think that s what it meant.😂

In the new testament it tells us if you believe you will receive the inheritance promised to Abraham and the gentiles are grafted in the tree and we as a people become one

Jesus Christ is the only way…and oh how HE loves you dear reader. HE leaves the 99 sheep to find the one who is lost. How do I know? HE came for me! HE knows the number of hairs on your heads. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. You are so loved! None of us are worthy on our own. That sacrifice on the cross paid it all! Thank you Jesus!

Imo...Oprah is Not what she portrayed herself to be. I never was drawn into her (and her show) and it's New Age motivations. I know some people hold Oprah up BUT not me. She's sinister and we're all finding out...tho some will refuse to See & Hear.
The scripture plainly says that God is a jealous God, but apparently, Oprah was either too lazy to search the Scripures in context, or she was already looking for an excuse to bail. In describing himself as jealous, God contrasts his passion and love for his people to the iniquity of those who hate him by chasing after false gods and idols. For her to take offense at that clearly shows that she is not nearly as intelligent as she would have people believe.
That's what the Great Commission is all about. Go into the world and tell the people of Jesus Christ. It's meant for all of us. Good Works don't get you to Heaven, Faith in Jesus Christ Does.
I'll first say this, I'm a very Spiritual person. In listening to this reaction I have a few points to make based on my own opinions. First, I do believe that there are people in this world that have not heard of Jesus or God. Secondly, Jesus was never called Christ in the King James VERSION of the Bible. Thirdly, the gentleman spoke of all of us being sinners according to the Bible. My understanding and belief is that, when Jesus died on the cross, he died for all of our sins and the last thing he said was "It is Finished". To me many talk about people needing to get saved. When Jesus hung on the cross, we were all saved ( everyone in the world). He only had to die one time for me. Fourth, Jesus was a Jew and therefore his people and his followers were Jewish. His faith was Judaism. "Christians" believe that their way of believing is the only way, and I personally can't say that any religion is wrong. I think religion is a combination of all of them. Most religions have similar stories about the flood from Gilgamesh to Noah. Fifth, again I am a very Spiritual person and I talk to God everyday. I think if someone else wants to call him something else because of their beliefs and they are a genuinely good person, that we will all meet up at the same place.

Though Jesus Hung on that Cross, Paid for our Sins...everyone will not be saved. He came down off the Cross, and chose His Disciples...they had the Choice of ''REFUSING''...to go with Him, which none did. However...if any of the twelve (12), Chose not to go...that was their Decision to miss Heaven!
Being GOOD...is not Good enough to/for GOD! Many good people miss the "Message''...just being good. GOD, is a Spirit, and we who Worship HIM, must worship HIM, in Spirit and in Truth.

@@vivianclaiborne7653 First, let me say that "Jesus being a black man", has nothing to do with this conversation. However, I know from my studies that Jesus is a Jewish man dark in color. That if I'm not mistaken, the only description of Jesus given in the Bible is that, He had hair of lamb's wool and his feet were the color of bronze. But again, I won't debate Jesus ethnicity. Secondly, My interpretation of the Bible is that, Jesus hanged on the cross for all our worldly sins and just before he died he said "It is Finished". Also, look at John 3:16, For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever shall believeth him should not perish, but have everlasting life. It doesn't mean we have to be perfect. It doesn't mean we don't have to say I'm sorry. To me, it means we have to try and be honest, sincere, non judgemental, and caring of others. If we can do these things, I believe that we are favored in God's eyes. Also, as a footnote, I believe you are sadly mistaken about your facts, in regards to Jesus asking his disciples to enter heaven and them refusing. And the Biggest Mistake about the Disciples is that there would have only been 11. If you remember your Bible, Judas, Betrayed Jesus and hanged himself shortly thereafter. So therefore, there would have only been 11. The Blood of Jesus Covers Us All.
There was not one lie in what she said. There r more than just one religion. Not everyone believes in Jesus. And there is more than one path to God. What is wrong with what she said? People get so stuck on what they believe that they disrespect everyone else’s beliefs. This is my problem with religion. I just can’t believe the shock and anger in this video. If a person is a good person doing good things living a good life and gets them to the same place as it gets the Christian who believes in Jesus which is to God what’s the problem?
I agree wholeheartedly. I don't understand why people, especially Christians don't get this. It's like, their religion is the only way.

Oprah is not a good person. None of us are. When the rich young ruler called Jesus good His reply was, " Why do you call me good?" There only one good and that's the Father. And yes God is a jealous God. Supposed you sacrificed your own child for the whole world to be saved, and everyone blasphemed your name and used it in vain every time they felt like it how would you feel? God loves us yes, but we can't call Him whatever we want, and we can't tell him he can't be jealous. Listen, we talk about history this and history that. Buy guess what, add another "s" to the Word and what do we get? His Story!!! It's not hard to see if you look through His eyes. Look at Genesis chapter 1 and vs 1. How does it read? In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now look at St. John chapter 1vs 1and read it very slowly and listen. As a matter of fact, read it out loud, nice and slow and listen closely. Then refer back to Gen. 1 vs 1. After that look at St. John chapter 1 vs 14. Then look back at Genesis 1 vs 1!!!!! Check out the power and miracle of ALMIGHTY GOD. You can take Him at His word, because he'll always confirm it. We can't even live for God on our terms. He will show you how! HE LOVES US, but break the rules without asking for forgiveness and repenting!!!!!! WOE, WOE, WOE😭 THIS WILL BE YOUR PHOTO FOR ETERNITY WITH NO WAY OUT. MEL, Oprah, has done some horrible things as we all have. So no we point the finger. But when you talk about God the way she does and do what she's still doing. Sowing seeds of unbelief among the masses. "She said there are many ways to the Father, and you can call Him what you like, but answer me this, do we like when people call us out of our name? Would we want someone to say there's more than one way to be His child, follower, or friend if He's stated plainly what he has meant about all three types? Ooh!!!!!😢 That's not a good look, and its not going to go over well in the end. I can't talk about you and Shawn as if I know you all if I don't. Why? Because I haven't sought you all out, introduced myself to you. Become part of your circle where you both would let me know who and what kind of people's you really are. Hit me back guy's. I think I sent my # in a previous msg. If not I would love to meet you and Shawn. You guys are a beautiful couple. My oldest son would have been 2 yrs young than Shawn. I don't know how old you are. But it doesn't matter. Just make sure to seek the Lord according to God's Word. You will find Him. Grace and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ who is blessed forever,
