Honestly for the body weight part just eat healthy and at a number of calories where you feel sufficient in energy but is not too high. Your body weight will adapt to the diet and you will most likely lose or gain enough weight. Unless u r very over/underweight. If u feel ur weight is too extreme that it is hurting ur game that is when it is time to go on a deficit/surplusZ
