Here in 2023 the vocals are insane. Such charisma and presence in person. You know when he walks in the room! His voice and the enjoyment he seems to get from the music, is contagious. Saw them in early 80s and last year. His voice is much better, I think. I swooned like a little girl. I forgot how powerful he is in person. Love love love him!!❤❤❤ so lucky to have him and Tim.

I saw this, crossing my fingers they would sound like they did back in the day...the melody and strategic pauses the solid drums, the complimentary bass, the subtlety beatiful keyboards, and that wonderful raspy deep voice... missed the sax, but, still wonderful

I miss the keyboard melodies of the studio version but on this live cut, you get to hear the bass runs clearer. One of my fav songs from the '80s. The Furs were ahead of their time and shook up quite a few heads. Richard Butler knew how to work a crowd. Nice post.
