Nice place. I agree that the TV does NOT need to dominate. The TV has been a MAJOR downfall of society ( I am in the US). I do NOT have TV service , intentionally. Light, peaceful environment and the feeling of spaciousness are most important to me in my oasis away from the world. You have done a nice job with this. But above and beyond all of the aesthetics, what brings the MOST comfort and makes it a home, is the dog.

The entire project is beautiful and so well thought out. My favorite rooms are the bedrooms. Least favorite is kitchen- elegant but kind of dull. The two tone cabinets in the bedroom- brilliant! It makes it more interesting, especially with so much light neutral tones going on.
This home is so pleasant and serene. I also loved how he switched outlets and placement of appliances. He thought every detail through. How clever to switch the rooms. I’ve thought of having my kiddo have the primary bedroom so he has space for playing, instead of getting a bigger home for the sake of a playroom.

YES to the hidden microwave!!! I cannot stand seeing it above the stove either 😂 Overall a lovely, thoughtful ID design that is also practical n useable. And the framed up coaster n shoe sketch are absolutely adorable and meaningful.

Moved from this city to Sooke, BC, Vancouver Island and although I love the lack of winter and the beautiful ocean, I so miss that vista from the balcony. Beautiful condo!
The kitchen table acting as island is a smart ideas for space saving. At first I was like meh, but when I saw it from different angles it looks beautiful. The carpet In the living room, I wish was bigger, it looks like some of the furniture is floating off on it’s own so that is a no-no for me. Overall very beautiful ❤
Love the idea with the two rugs in the lounge! Not a fan of the first bathroom you showed. The wood is too much and makes it look cluttered. I would paint the wood in there to blend in , so you still have the texture without the jarring effect and cluttered look. Some of the wood tones look a bit too too orange in colour. BUT, overall, an absolutely fantastic job….beautiful and functional. So we’ll thought out. Thankyou for sharing, such good advice!
I don’t like anything about the design! I think his style is terrible. Unbelievable. Dining table and chairs are ugly. It would have made sense to put a beautiful island thee that had drawers in them for more space.
