That M12 Oscillating tool was such a great investment to get for my first big drywall job this summer. It's the only M12 in my arsenal so far but it's because it's better than the M18 in a lot of ways how Vince described it. The Super Sawzall is heavier compared to the normal size Sawzall but man, it shreds like a champ.
2:33 best thing about the fast back is that it is tool free to get out of the package. Almost like they thought "if you have to buy a knife, you probably dont have a knife to open said knife you just bought"
That oscillating tool got me into M12. When researching it seemed to be recommended the most, including over the M18. Also, I wanted a small platform and my favorite small platform disappeared. My old Hitachi 10.8v drill built the deck on a house years ago, and that got me into metabo HPT 18v and 36v. I'm a fan of their drills and of course the Triple Hammer impact, but everyone today makes great power tools. I supplement the metabo HPT with M18 ... I do not have time and energy to consider other platforms now.
Hey Vince, #VCG Construction. I've been stocking several things from Milwaukee. So that bodep yesterday helped a lot . I'd been trying to find a better deal on the Super Sawzall , so I jumped on that deal . Way better than what had been going on . And I got a better deal on the Milwaukee Track saw too . I had to sweet talk a very nice young man at online customer service. But it turned out great. Thanks for the heads up. It saved a lot of time.... and .... money.
They even made a light top off but removed the prong plug in ad replaced it with a bright light so that’s awesome my kids use the m12 torch light as a night light and a charger combo! So those are my top tools
I only got the m18 version of multitool because most of the tools I use are m18, for power and longevity. So sharing the same batteries just makes it more convenient and simple.
@vcgconstruction Hey Vince, love the videos! I’m looking at upgrading my laser and I’ve had my eye on the 3 plane for a while. How is the brightness compared to milwaukee’s other offerings? I have the AA powered cross line, and it’s great, but using it outdoors is a challenge depending on time of day and weather. I know asking a laser to outshine the sun is a big ask, but just wondering how it compares. Thanks!
The fact that the base allows the laser to pivot right on the x . Pretty sure that it is the only 3plane laser that does this. Super easy to adjust and align. I use it all the time for commercial office layout.
Go Vince! That M12 Multi Tool is actually better than the M18. Its just as Beastly without the extras Extra weight Extra size The Auto Function is more of a Hindrance than a Help That's my 2 cents!
Top off straight up I use that thing everyday i use it so much my kids use it they call it dads super charger! This it my second top off I had my first one for 2 yrs and the usb protection cover was long gone and it took a beating!
Those lasers are definitely awesome. I've seen one get dropped from the top of an 8' ladder and the thing still matched other lasers when checked. The new sawzall is mixed - the tool itself is really good, but when it starts to get shaken and really put through its paces, it starts to flake out and it'll bog or just not work at all. The problem seemed to get worse with time. We got 3 of them brand new, and every single one did the same thing. They were definitely not being treated gently, but not in an abusive way. The last gen fuel kept going the whole time - it just cuts a lot slower.
I thought u said Flex line was better power tools then milwaukee tools lol for the money. But they don't have a laser level system yet but if they did the power would be there for sure.😊
If you got the funds for it I'm sure the M18 fuel circular saw is very nice but if you don't the Ridgid 7 and 1/4 is decent enough and has a lifetime warranty
I would agree with your top five but I’m not a construction when you’re an agriculture/farming/Mechanics that changes… 1. 2967 high torque with a forge battery 2. The all new Gen2, M12 stubby 3. Drill and impact combo kit 4. M 18 grease gun 5. 1/4 and 3/8 inch drive socket set
Reliability i would,nt go that far vince, batts are pisspoor in my experience wen tool goes wrong u can't get individual parts, switch goes u gotta buy controller wiring switch field works our 3quartes of price of new tool , so no longer for me
Hay brother God bless VCG CONSTRUCTION and the gang 🙏 Hay brother it's been extremely crazy on my end wasn't avoiding Maxb49 it's just my father has been in the hospital he's been extremely sick lately but always thank you for all you do Vince. God bless brother 🙏

How you doing man 👋😁
Vince I really learned with your videos. I am not in construction but the way you laid out functions and features of items is fantastic. Thank you.
Favorite tool for me has to be the M12 Surge. I own thousands in M18 and M12 at this point, but that tool gives me the fizz
Use a real man impact.😂
@@LARULES100 You can go deaf if you want. Surge is the best tool Milwaukee makes.
@@LARULES100 no need to compensate..
I've said that if any tool I own were to break I'd be able to deal. But if my M12 surge broke I'd be driving to HD immediately
@@miked1050really, it’s that good?
I’m still all about my M12 stubby 3/8 impact. My #1 tool for sure!

Haven't used the laser but as a DIY home owner, the combo impact/drill kit is king!
Home Depot’s $99 deal on the Milwaukee 3601-21P M18 ½" Compact Brushless Drill/Driver (drill, charger and battery) should be on this list!
Or the Impact kit for 179!
Glad I watched this video, I thought the gen2 sawzall was as good as the super. I just ordered the super version. Thanks Vince.
2:33 best thing about the fast back is that it is tool free to get out of the package. Almost like they thought "if you have to buy a knife, you probably dont have a knife to open said knife you just bought"
All good stuff. However, I think the Dewalt Oscillating tool is much better. No need for a tool/magnet, just pop it in and go.

No problem that shouldn't be in the list its garbage. M18 oscillating tool much better powerful less vibration

Using a laser in full sun is always challenging but I’ve used mine outdoors and haven’t had a problem.

Go Vince!
That M12 Multi Tool is actually better than the M18.
Its just as Beastly without the extras
Extra weight
Extra size
The Auto Function is more of a Hindrance than a Help
That's my 2 cents!
The fuel brushless rotary tool can be added to your list.
Please do one of these with bosch too
I totally agree with the auto speed my first experience with was in makita jigsaw I switched to milwaukee jigsaw
Top off straight up I use that thing everyday i use it so much my kids use it they call it dads super charger! This it my second top off I had my first one for 2 yrs and the usb protection cover was long gone and it took a beating!
I use the screwdriver on my fastback daily
What up VCG, I think my nephew Vincent is a fan of Milwaukee tools
I got the knife bundle and yes they clutch. Big one holds extra blades

That Milwaukee super sawzall has deeper stoke then I do!!! Aye oh
Whoa whoa..... What's that light to your left there vince ....?!? You can't leave that in the video and not talk about it!?!
Looks like the magnetic bucket truck light with remote control.
I waited until Milwaukee introduced the new line of fuel tools to make my purchase. M18 fuel baby
I thought u said Flex line was better power tools then milwaukee tools lol for the money. But they don't have a laser level system yet but if they did the power would be there for sure.😊
Hey Vince, Do you use the M12 a lot? Which is your favorite M12?
Agreed 👍
The best part about buying Milwaukee is getting Rocco’s afterwards.
If you got the funds for it I'm sure the M18 fuel circular saw is very nice but if you don't the Ridgid 7 and 1/4 is decent enough and has a lifetime warranty
I'm a Milwaukee user through and through BUT hate their tape measures, keep going back to Fatmax.
When the Milwaukee gen 5 lunching ??
Agree.
How about your top 5 Dewalt tools?
Just push the lever more to quick change the blade.
I would agree with your top five but I’m not a construction when you’re an agriculture/farming/Mechanics that changes…
1. 2967 high torque with a forge battery
2. The all new Gen2, M12 stubby
3. Drill and impact combo kit
4. M 18 grease gun
5. 1/4 and 3/8 inch drive socket set
Could you guys tell milwaukee to make a battery version of a air hammer to auto tech. That would be so awesome
agree
