M8 HMC got negative 20. Also. shooting over hills is a fun challenge and on longer distances you are basically a mortar doing orbital strikes.
bruh that thing is OP as heck, the .50cal and armor alone makes it more viable than any russian milk truck and the HEAT can bonk even a Char B1 ter.
it is just a bit inconvenient to use, especially for noobs who sometimes even forget that they have a heavy machinegun as a backup.
The 50 cal is almost better than the main gun for many encounters

Worth noting that if you angle to the right side, it’s way harder to pen, and if you do get penned, it’ll usually only kill two people and hurt the breech. I love the ISU series a whole lot; you can make people mess up by shooting for the angled parts. It even bounces Panthers.

Hey phly! You should revisit the T-80 light tank sometime. One of my favorite tanks in the game with an amazing reload and good armor for a light tank, its also got a secret trait that while the suspension is really bouncy, it’s super stable on the move. If you keep it moving at low speeds and don’t stop too often you can get surprisingly accurate and consistent shots off

PHLY you've got to try out the USS Fletcher. 5 guns that reload in 3.5 seconds absolutley shreds enemy ships. Best thing to do is sit behind your team, show broadside, and just start shooting.

When I first started WT I had all the SUs as my line up it was miserable 😩 that’s when I found out tanks have turrets for a reason only cool thing is the occasional kills lol
I like to use the ISU-122 in the 'trapdoor spider' play style, where I sit just behind front lines waiting for something with thick armor to show up mid-range, then I drive forward and smite them with righteous fury, before reversing at max speed back like a coward back into my trapdoor while I wait for that ridiculous reload time.

Day #2, hey phly can you do the “Cold winder/The Kind North” combo, Leopard 2A6”m CAN” with the “C”F-104, you can have the Leopard 2A4 “CAN” or the Leopard “2A4m” (Leopard 2PL) as a backup
If you’d prefer you don’t have to use Canadian decals but I feel like it would tie it all together, if you’d like to know Canadian decal patterns I recommend the 3 ton camouflage that came with the original 20 Leopard 2A6ms that were gifted to Canada by Germany or the Standard Camouflage that we currently used on the 20 newer Leopard 2A6ms we bought from the Dutch/Netherlands, for the 2A4 “CAN” and the leopard “ 2A4m” (The PL) I recommend standard or a custom user to simulate the look of the Mexas!

If you're still learning stuff, remember to aim for the right side of the turret/hull with British munitions (since they simply do no damage lol) it's vital that ya hit the gunner first shot (they're always on the right!)
Also low tier Britain has uniquely potent smoke utility, don't just use it, abuse it!

Yeah, what happened to phly with that last panther has been happening to me a lot when I use the 122mm.
There were numerous occasions when the round should have penned the panthers UFP but didnt
122mm is kinda weak if you want to lol-pen the Panther UFP.
The 152mm on the ISU-152 and SU-152 Can go through the Panther UFP up to 3km (which is like 1km FURTHER than the 122mm) and can go through it at a higher angle

I don't know what the deal with panthers recently, today a panther A bounced my (228 of pen) apds round 3 TIMES!! from 200 m when i pen them no problem 1500+ m frontally, i almost lost my mind because of that...
Edit: i kept thinking about it and went back to watch the replay and he actually bounced 6 times not just 3 it is just mind blowing man... i'm SUPER MAD AGAIN!!
Don't worry, I've died so many times due to T34-85s shooting the sides of my turret (facing them) in my Panthers

WARTHUNDER is a super accurate , perfectly modelled simulator , with absolutely NO ERRORS, the problem is, its NOT a tank warfare simulator, its a "frustration = money" generator!!! 😂😂
I kind of realised after ten years ofnplaying the damn thing , its made to drive us all crazy , im sure of it. And once you RESIGN YOURSELF to that fact, you can actually start to enjoy it again. Take everything with a large bucket of salt ,not a pinch. 😁

U seriously forgot the biggest thing for the S variant of the ISU-122s is that particular tank has one of the fastest reloads of the 122s except i think Su-122-54 even though u did mention i has a faster reload but thats its strong suit for 5.7 having a faster reloading 122

With my RNG it will face only like tiger 2s or super pershings and t34s. So it was actully useful for me.

13:15 The Russian bias got Russian biased!!! In all seriousness, why has Gaijin not addressed the T-34 and KV-1 armor models. They are full of nonsensical problems that cause shells to not penetrate. Not to say other tanks don't have them, but the T-34 is covered in them and so is the KV series.
Then again, not long ago for me a 17lber randomly bounced off an M4A1 hull and while it was the main plate, therefore the thickest part, it was without a doubt a total sham. I went and checked it with the in game simulator and there was genuinely no where the M4A1 should have stopped the 17lber. And it wasn't close. The 17lber should have had about 40-80mm of additional penetration power than what was needed at the hardest of plates and with a much worse angle and farther distance than what I actually was when I shot the M4A1. At the actual distance of about 30-40 meters with the shell capable of about 180-185mm of penetration and the sloped armor accounted for as well as the rough angle of shot, the 17lber should have only needed to pass through about 90-110mm of armor at BEST. So for some reason they continue to have RNG totally ruin the experience in some cases, so maybe that's all that happened here.
