I want to say yes just from watching 270 pulls of it happening on Mythic, but the actual answer is no. Paranoia is not listed in the Journal for Heroic's Phase 3, and it wasn't cast in that phase any of the times I've killed in on Heroic.
It's entirely custom. I use Shadowed Unit Frames, Grid2, Threatplates, Bartender, Parrot for my scrolling combat text, and a buttload of Weakauras lol.
CrazyPuck, you should consider recording this in a room with acoustic panels. You can get them anywhere (eg Amazon) for cheap. It sounds a little like you're recording in the bathroom otherwise :)

I def would, but I don't have anywhere in my house to make that work right now =(
