The hunter actually met the thin man. The thin man is the main antagonist of the game, and he's mostly responsible for everything that Mono and Six met in the game.
I’m starting to feel bad for the Hunter watching this, he got his face messed up by the older Mono (The Thin Man.) Then he gets killed by the younger Mono-

Part of the reason it's so well done- Easy to understand and still easy to personally interpret!
I love all the theories people make!! Like how Mono and The TVs are connected that much that if so the time loop we’re broken mono wouldn’t survive because the “game” wasn’t ment to be that mono and six escape together, and in my theory, adding to that so if that happens the game resets after mono disappears, and six will only remember that, to the point she realised she has to let him go for the better.

so technically, the hunter’s backstory makes sense bc it explains mostly why everyone wants to get Mono, not Six. So mono is the thin man, and the thim man distorted the LN2 antagonists’ lives, so now they seek for revenge on Mono since he is the thin man. also, maybe the hunter captured Six to bribe Mono. That also kinda explains why he doesnt kill Six and other antagonist either capture Six to leave Mono in a harder situation alone like seen in the school

Pretty sure it's just the game design, it would be annoying if the monsters/adults are after Six, because if she dies then you can't progress. Also why everyone wants to get the runaway kid, he's just a kid trying to escape :"

@@superj1010 I am just saying his interpretation is wrong. Like, the theory may be correct, but the physical description is canonically wrong. The man in the painting is not supposed to really be anybody.
Again, this is a headcanon interpretation. Why not give a nameless man a connection to the rest of the lore?

This was epic! I loved seeing the Hunter's backstory, Mono's dab, and the whole chase scene was great! The Hunter's family seemed so cute too!
The only thing is, shotguns (like the Hunter and Mono and Six fired) don't use bullets. They use shot (hence the name), which is a collection of small lead pellets. So instead of bullets flying towards the Hunter at the end, it should be a small cloud of tiny lead pellets.

I love how The Hunter's gun has a Winchester style loading mechanism but a side-by-side barrel front, aswell as it having a breach loading mechanism. It doesn't ruin the video but it's a funny error
Another amazing animation in my bag for Little nightmare !. Tragic till the end but grows intense in the chase with some nice stop motion visuals( let's also not forget that title mentions about the dabbing and jojo references , those were damn good to watch ) . You have a one way of making me jealous by your amazing skills that's for sure but it was well deserved with no disappointment . All your animation are a chef kiss for me , Keep up the great work!

If you look carefully at the scene where the thin man takes six away from mono you would see that instead of trying to save six ,mono just sits there, scared of the thin man. It might be that but there is one more reason. You remember the music box six always plays and in the end protects it? Yes that one, Six loved that box and what did Mono do to it? He destroyed it, then obviously Six will be mad
