I think the only way that we can be sure of a Fair competition is that the top contenders get a top speed reading in each direction and all of the speed recording equipment is always on video including phones.
I agree there will be flaws to the rules and someone may be inclined to cheat but this is for fun I would hope that everyone enters in good faith. If it were for a big prize I would be a stickler for sure I just don’t think it’s necessary with the size crowd and caliber of entrants it’s going to be an issue

@@michaelgraham2943 depends on the turnout. I know the channel is small so my reach isn’t very large but you never know. Make it a yearly thing? Maybe a different platform? Time will tell

That trucks a slug I gave it all it had and it still didn’t have enough
Nice..most savages 4.6 will give u 40mph or a lil higher depending tune and ⚙️ ..I'm sure the lrp engines can reach 45mph so if I get time I'll throw my savage in just for shits and gigz

IMO I think the revo 3.3 is an overrated truck. I got mine off eBay and all I could ever get was 35 but I’ve put in a new 3.3 and I’m hitting 43 all the time now. It still doesn’t thrill that much
I like them because they are very easy to find used and at a great price. Would I pay $500 for one brand new.. doubtful would I pay $250 for the two I have now absolutely
slap a brushless system in you get thrill back you actually be able to rip the thing then
thats just traxxas junk slow problematic and loud slap a brushless system in it that it wont be a dog
Never I would rather it be a slow nitro then a fast electric. I have plenty of fast electrics but there too quite and don’t make noise
