A blog post from 4seating says "DO NOT use anything containing oils, waxes or silicons (Most 'conditioners' contain waxes or oils)" in reference to cleaning / conditioning the leather seats. Yet the leather conditioner promoted in this video contains coconut oil. So which is it? Avoid products with oil or is oil OK? I can't add a link here, but the blog post is titled "home Theater Seating Fabrics Leathers" and was published 2/21/19. Thanks! I am receiving my chair soon so I want to make sure I know how to care for it. The blog post promotes products from lttleathercare, are these better?
Our furniture showed up torn, ripped, rubbed through with rusted hinges and only a portion of the order was even shipped (skipped hundreds of dollars in accessories) or delivered... Now battling to get a resolution with the resolution department as they continue to repeat " what do you expect there is only 3 of us" "I know we said we would call you back but it's actually your responsibility to call us back because there is only three of us". Then the resolution department stated they will be visiting with the shipper and I am welcome to call them back in one week. The items they decided to ship were poorly packed and destroyed due to the sellers poor packing not the shipping contractor. The resolution with the shipper does not concern me but the seller will not work with us till the investigation with their shipping contractor is complete.
