How many shots you can apply at the forehead? And there is anyplace where I can found the protocol of treatment using the different devices in the same face? TIA
Dear Medicube staff, Can you please let me know what MHz you use for the Ultrasound? Is it a Cavitation range or Thermal range? I'm afraid to use this device until I know the MHz used, so your prompt response is very much appreciated! Thank you! Srey
I just started using it and i'm so impressed. It stimulates the collagen production, firms and honestly it's really smoothing my wrinkles. I only use it 2x so far and WOW.
There are not enough studies about it but RF and HIFU could theoretically ruin FILLERS and BOTOX so I would use it only in the areas where I have no filler, I won’t risk it
I've been using other gels with this- as long as it's conductive-like ultrasound gel that you can find inexpensively on Amazon, or any gel used for a Microcurrent or Radiofrequency device. I've been using The Ordinary's Copper Peptides serum which I apply to my whole face (copper is conductive) then I apply aloe gel to the device and rub it on my face. Then I spritz my face with tap water. My tap water is hard, and most tap water in the US (85%) is hard, meaning it contains a high concentration of dissolved ions from minerals- which makes it conductive. I continue to spritz my face if it becomes dry. You could also add a pinch of magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) or salt (I use Himalayan pink salt because it contains more minerals than regular iodized salt) to your water bottle to make the water conductive. I have not tried adding magnesium sulfate or salt to the aloe gel directly because I'm unsure if that will alter the consistency of the gel.
How come the first time I used it, one of the shots actually hurt even though there was gel on my skin? It felt pretty hot. I applied more gel but some of the shots still felt very warm so I had to hold the device further away from my skin, almost slightly hovering from my face
I had the same issue the 2nd time I used this device. I figured out there are ways to avoid the burn. Try to do it slower, I set this tutorial video on 0.75 speed instead, add a little gel on it every time I apply on each cheek, and you can also reduce the level if needed. I wanted max level (5) so by doing it slower, it doesn't shock me anymore.
Hi, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please avoid using it several times in the same spot. Every single shot should be placed in different parts. Thank you.
I wish I saw these comments sooner before I used it a second time 3 days ago and I think I might’ve burned my skin 😭 i only did ~11 shots in the video and held the device further this time since I was afraid it might irritate my skin but even so, the next day the skin around my cheeks became irritated and VERY rough (very textured). My mom said it looks like minor burns?? The first time the affected areas were only below my smile lines near my lips. That area became very dry and darker in color for the 1-2 next weeks and also stings when applied with my normal skincare products. But this time around, both my cheeks and the skin around my temples were affected. It’s been like 3 days and my skin has never been this rough and irritated. :( even applying my normal moisturizer Skinfix stings at times. Im so worried that the roughness will remain permanent. If anyone knows how to treat this pls help!
No you cannot use it under your eyes but you can use it till the orbital bone. It's on the manual. I know it seems confusing from the video. but she stops at the orbital bone.
Medicube you need better directions!!!!very poor directions!!! Is the model actually using the device in the video because she is using it so close to the eye area!!! 1:05 that is literally under the eye area. You want to stay at least 2” below the eye area or you will feel a shock sensation even with conducting gel on and it actually hurts! Even on level 1. As well as on the sides of the eyes be careful not to get too close . Forehead seemed fine
Could you make other videos with a different routine that includes the forehead, or alternative places that one could follow?
Brazilian Girl Channel has an amazing full tutorial that also includes neck and forehead. 👍 I just follow along with her video whenever I do it.
Just bought this device from your hq. Please upload a video including forehead routine.

Were you able to find out how many MHz this device is using?
The gel feels sticky. Do we wipe off the gel or leave it on as is on our face after use?
I wash it off after. Then, apply my usual skin care.
Could you have this tutorial as pictures and not a video please and post it on your website?
My question is, what exactly does this do? I'm a little confused.
I just started using it and i'm so impressed. It stimulates the collagen production, firms and honestly it's really smoothing my wrinkles. I only use it 2x so far and WOW.
It's ultrasound mixed with high frequency and red light.
Can this device generate facial fat loss? @medicube
I know you don’t sell it in Europe but I tell you I’m gone buy the three device I will do a review
Can I use this on the stomach ?
Does this treatment dissolves fillers

I'm Asian and have some dark spots just like the model in this video. How to get rid of them?
Does it melt fat? I use it for two weeks now, i feel my face sunken 😢 i alr have hollow cheek 😢😢
😮 What level did you use? And how many times each week?
Protocol calls for use at 2x per week. I haven't experienced any fat loss using level 5 2x per week. I hope everything turns out ok in your case!
can i use any gel (for eg aloe vera gel) for this device or must i use their booster gel?

Should I feel anything? I'm not so I'm not sure if I using it correctly.
No you should not feel anything just a slight heat. I'm currently testing this device and so far i'm loving it.
@@BrazilianGirlChannel I figured it out after using it a few times. Thank you!
Yesss! I have greatly appreciated your tutorial, it’s so easy to follow along :)
How many times a week should we use it

Press and then, let go.after the beeping ends, move to the next section and press again.

I heard this device cannot be used for melasma because the heat. Is it true?
@@itsme_v142wonder the same thing, were you able to get a reply from them?

Ya, the tutorial and the images next to the model don't seem to match up precisely.... I follow the images rather than the model for positioning
When move to level 2,3,4?????
Move up a level if your comfortable with the current level you are on and the next level isn't too uncomfortable.
Has anyone felt it burn skin? I used level 1 and for 2 week so far and under neck today it felt very hot. I used with Age R Collagen booster gel
Me, especially the eye
Can i use it on my hands? Is it safe?
Does this even work? 😅
I used it on the stomach and it made my stomach hurt a few hours later lol
why would you do that tho lol 😂
@@micmicbungee355 disregard, it was heart burn from pho I ate 😂 don’t get old man. But, I love the benefits it provides for the body.

Is this hurt?
@@shielamaepomperada9437 No it doesn't hurt at all. You just feel a slight heat.
@@shielamaepomperada9437it can definitely hurt if not used correctly. More like a zap. However when you do use it right it should not hurt
