I got the LG Optimus L5 (Not the L5 II) and i won't say it's value-for-money. But I do know that it's successor is really a huge improvement from what i had.. Now that's really worth it!
This Phone is leaps and bounds ahead of it's predecessor! Trust me I use the Optimus L5 and it's sort of sluggish. And this phone has a faster processor, better screen (320x480 VS 480x800) and it's the same 4 inches. Wow haha really a big improvement from the LG Optimus L5...
Hey thanks for that update. By the way how is the sound output through earphones? I am going to be using it a lot ffr listening to music, hence wanted to know. How is the quality of earphones that come packed with this phone? Do they have good bass?
This is possible to move an app to the sdcard... However the app data still remain in internal memory (/sdcard0/Android/Data). Not really an issue with most app, but some games download up to 1 Gb of textures... These can cause problems.
i have a very annoying problem. When i turn of the screen the wifi goes to some sleep mode and for an example turns of my spotify music and i have to restart wi fi every single time

S2 is WAY better in all terms (much better performance, memory, camera, bigger display). The only downside is that S2 has unnatural display's color representation. Some people like it though.

get the LG, I own an Ace 2 and once you update the phone to 4.1.2 is slow as a turtle. If you use it as stock (android 2.3.6) it will run smoothly, record HD video and take decent pics. The pro's of the Samsung is that it has dual core cpu and better camera but Samsung official update sucks

I played with one in a shop. Nice phone. Performs really well for a single core.
If i were you id flash L5 and stack cyanogenmod on it, it does wonders, did it already to my galaxy min 2 and the improvement is huge.

The lg optimus l5 2 is a great phone. The screen is really pretty and it is faster than you think. But only it haven't a frontface camera

Pål Christian Hello Christian, you can fix this by going to Setting > Wifi > Menu button > Advance > Keep Wifi during sleep > Check as Always :)
