VALENTINE SURPRISE CAKE | Surprise heart cake inside

February is the love month!
What a great way to make you loved ones feel special with this valentine surprise cake.
INGREDIENTS:
SURPRISE CAKE
3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable/ canola oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
8-10 drops red gel food color
3-5 drops brown gel food color
*you may add more/less depending on the shade/ color you want to achieve.

WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup white chocolate chips
valentine/ heart sprinkles
*Loaf pan size: 8x4 in.

What is the size for the pan with the red batter ..???

I used a 9x11 pan for the red batter but any sheet size pan will do.
