Nothing but love for the DnD that gave me so much to look forward to and create for 9 months. I'll always cherish everything that it gave to me and everyone else
As the video editor and the person who envision + visualized this video, I'm nothing but happy with the final results. I'm so glad that the video has managed to be part of such pivotal and important moment at the final battle. Thank you for the great song Kelli and everyone else who was part of this, I had so much pleasure creating this one.
It was wonderful being able to help visualize the song you and all the other players worked so hard to create. Knew this was going to be important but never would've thought this was going to be such a driving force to the story as it ended up being. Such a satisfying ending to everything.
So this song just took another nail in the coffin... Cheers to everyone, the players, the artists and all the behind the scenes staff! Thank you for making the world become real. Until next time
Summer's speech in the One Last Time song is how I feel about the beautiful art made throughout the terrible experience of the ladies who had delt with all that has been said. Know that you have people on your side and that you are so strong for coming out with each of your stories. And to those who are feeling turned away from D&D by the actions of one person, you make the game what it is, not the person whom you idolize. Stay strong through these times and never feel like you don't have someone to talk to, always try to seek out help when possible, and know that you are loved (Edit made for grammar)
It's funny how I listened to this right before bed the night before all the stuff came out, and how I've finally built up the courage to start drawing some fanart yesterday for the first time and plan on showcasing it on Friday. Then the first thing I saw in the morning were the stories that came out. I was so excited for what was to come this arc, and I was so invested in and inspired by verum, this wonderful community, the creators, artists, and musicians. I've never felt this heartbroken and betrayed. I wish the best for everyone. I hope that, with this, in the future, similar things can perhaps be prevented with the extra awareness that we now have.
I don’t know what I just stumbled upon. As an outsider looking in, I gotta say, I’m impressed. Writers can only dream of stories this grand in scale, and these players were lucky enough to *live it!* Just...wow.
3 years has passed forgotten this olden tale and ballad but alas the YT recommendations always leads me to these beautiful past always gets me in tears listening to it remembering the journey until the spawn of satan ruined everything for us
This song is an homage to the community rather than Arcadum. Those who truly made the world alive. The staff, artists, musicians, and players. A song of hope, and change for the better world. Thank you and the others for revealing the truth to us and putting an end to all this.
Thank you again for bringing this wonderful piece of art to us all. It's taken a lot of time and effort on your part but this just speaks to your talents as a musician and producer. I'm glad you gave me the chance to work with you and I'm more than looking forward to everything you have to show all of us in the very near future
you actually have the Voice of a siren in darkest dungeon ther is a siren in the cove the final boss is a siren she is cursed but whenever she sings her former glory flashes for a brief moment and her song can be heard you remind me of this glimpse of glory it's just you are not s glimpse you are s bonfire
I still thank you Kelli for this gift. My memories of this world must be tainted but I know that every player's effort including yours was done genuinely.
Man. Listening to this after what's been revealed, it definitely hits different. Although we cannot forgive Arcadum, we can at least still remember and appreciate the amazing players and characters.
I will still listen to this song as it is amazing just like the others. As I will not let the recent events taint this beautiful song cause of one bad egg.
Haven't listened to this song in so long until it wound up on one of my auto-generated mixes. I forgot how beautiful this song is and was reminded of how hard everyone worked on it to make it possible. The memories are bittersweet because of how everything ended, and knowing in hindsight what was going on behind the scenes, but damn, I forgot just how much of a crutch all these players and the world became for me during the pandemic.
You’d be surprised, a lot of people can sing one or two lines if they really try and put effort into it. Also like half of them have singing experience.
I just came back after 2 years, I learned dnd from him and I was so disappointed when the news came out. I’ll never forgive what he did to all the women. I’ll remember verum and the characters that made the world, not the man who ruined it. I like to think that everyone got a happy ending.
Coming back to this hurts soooo much. It is such a masterpiece. Thank you Kelli, momo, Naomi, summer, just everyone. I have refused to every watch any stream of Jeremy Black since the posts. Thank you again to all the strong women that stood side by side. But such a big part of me is still sad that Verum is gone. 1000+ hours of streamed entertainment in a world filled with characters I loved. I just wish he was a better person and this could have been a true neverending story.
This is still a beautiful song, encompassing the beautiful experiences of the players that this fantastic community brought together. Kelli, I among many people saw how much work you put into this, this song is yours as well as the players'. You all told the story that made this possible, alongside with your talent and hard work. I love this song, not because of the excuse of a man behind the world that inspired it, but because you all exist. Thank you for coming forward. Thank you for being you. Thank you, thank you... thank you so much. Stay strong.
As heartbreaking as the situation was, I listen to this song (and other Verum related pieces) with hope because they show what DnD can be, a world with amazing interactions with both past and present players, something for people to have fun and make their own stories, and a way for artists to focus their creativity.
The memories all came crashing back. All of the many hours of watching all the campaigns unfold with countless players and stories being told and unraveled. Seeing how many others loved and adored this world. How much effort and passion was put into each character and each of these creations from the amazing art as well as the breathtaking music. Now it's all just remnants but I can't help but want to go back.
KELLI I beg you, please tag this as music so I can add it to my and many others’ UA-cam Music playlists edit: this was the worst timing for a comment. sorry Kelli. be well, we love you.

Arex/Toot's part always gets me. This whole crazy piece of storytelling that Arcadum and his players accomplished all started because a lovable pudgy magical humanoid chicken rescued a girl from a violet curse with no knowledge of what he did.
It hits so hard for me because for the majority of toot's story he is unable to use his own voice to express himself, to his own and his party's detriment at times. And when he is freed of his curse he is able to sing so sweetly. It tears me up inside every time.
Sorry to burst your bubble but its not the start, tyre was teased way bavk in like ep2 i think of deals in the dark gailens gate found a violet scroll in like ep 8. So as arcadum has said " my webs are deep and intricate"
@@B2.Benedajenzo Yes, but the Tyre groups were specifically formed due to the actions of Toot and the subsequent question, "Who will help us?" asked by the Gamblers to the Oracle. It is said that Toot's actions preponed the endgame by almost six months and that was also a factor why most of the members in Tyre campaigns couldn't have their individual arcs before venturing to conquer the labyrinth. Toot basically brought the game of wills between the Herald and the heroes to the forefront.
