This product sucks. With a few hours of non- continous use you get brown spots in the screen. Fatal design flaws in heat disipation system makes this projector a junk purchase. Aliexpress seller send me a screen replacement but with a few hours of use (less than 20, using it for 40 mins per day -two DBZ chapters- each time) brown spots appeared again. I used an HY300 almost 600 hours without failures until I sell it.
Im using hy300 currently, and have an option to buy this hy350, so i should just stick to the hy300?

Keep in mind that this projector has a problem with having the not best lens of choice which causes smudges. Bright letters on the dark background will have a smudge in the center screen direction. It is possible to manually fix this by changing places between the lens and the screen inside. Besides this IMO it is so a good device!
I just ordered the "upgraded" version of hy350. Can you please explain the lens fix more indepth or share a tutorial maybe?
Don't buy this projector. The projector itself works very good. The image quality is really good, but within a short period of use there will be a lot of dust on the inside of the lens and you are not able to clean it. The filter on the side is not good enough.

I bought and used this product in less than a month, there already had brown spot...also netflix app is not compatible in this device. I am very disappointed...

Fortunately I updated the firmware first thing as it wiped everything, even the Bluetooth pairing of the remote.
Eventually found that you should go to the settings and activate Bluetooth pairing. And while that's open, press left and right together on the remote until the red light blinks (and the remote is listed as paired device)

Yes it does.
Does anyone else have a disgusting plastic smell that is spread throughout the room by the fan? I also have it with the replacement unit and now I know why. The thing gets really hot after less than 5 minutes. You should also take a look at the filter insert. In my case, the cables were directly in the way so that there was actually no space for the slot. This damages the cable. In addition, 2 devices were defective. But I was very impressed with the picture quality. Too bad, I would like to try a 3rd device, but I think that will also smell. Has the smell gone away for anyone?
I bought one, and I connected it to the internet but the apps doesn't work .. or I feel its very very slow, I have very high internet speed..
maybe the internet connection needs authentication it this device?

Добрый день! Купил такой. У меня почему-то с 2-3 метров расфокус и с пульта нажимаю на фокус, не помогает. Даже прочитать не могу ничего, все размыто. Только с 5 метров картинка четкая. И греется ппц. Помогите плз

next time don't update try this:
turn it off, turn it on and immediately start pressing home button until loading circle appears
