Thanks for the video showing the process. I admire these artisan skills. Can’t wait for mine to arrive and I will enjoy using it. One favour- stop showing us all these lovely knives, I’m getting “order envy” and am tempted to purchase more than one!
Mate, I thoroughly enjoyed watching your amazing artwork in the making, you are true genius in your craft. I am so excited to get my knife and now knowing the labour of love you put into each one... me and my boys will cherish it forever.
I've been waiting to see your skills. Amazing Mitch! You should be very proud of what you've accomplished and awesome products you provide. If anything I feel bad now how I abuse my scrub you sold me DAILY and my Bushman when camping. True pieces of art. Thanks mate.
Nice work. How easy it looks with the right gear. I was expecting to see forging when I came here, but a beautiful product regardless of the method. I wish I was well enough to leave the house more than once a month, and that's to the doctors' office... I miss the bush and 'living'. I'd be chasing one of your knives up if I could. Best of luck young mate. PS. I came here via Scotty's Gone Walkabouts, a new channel I've found, that I can live vicariously through.
Amazing craftsmanship Mitch. Truly 100% hand made! Typically how many man hours does it take to craft one of your knives? Can't wait to get hands on mine when it's completed.
Hello Mitch, wonderful skills and result. Thanks for sharing. What type of handle wood from your order list is the one shown in this video. Cheers Mate.
Beautiful Work! I'll beg your forgiveness ahead of time, but I must highly-recommend installing a simple stop to prevent the work from spinning on the Drill Press as the bit catches. Prone to make very serious cuts indeed. Cheers.
Beautiful work man! Absolutely incredible results! I was wondering what did you use to stamp your makers mark? I looked like you did it with the blade cold, it resulted in a very crisp inscription. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you! I do it for both of those reasons, it reduces weight slightly but most of all look very nice and takes the knife to the next level and shows the extra care that goes into it.
Hi Kor Knife and Tool, I've just found your channel and subbed to you. I do love the bushman shape, you make the whole process look very easy. Do you make these for sale? Good luck with your channel. Have a great day and stay safe. James

Magnificent ....
Stunning work, looks like a comfortable handle. Great to see the process involved in making a Bushman. Looking forward to ordering one soon.
Thanks Heaps! Look forward to making one for you in the future!
Incredible work Mitch. Master craftsmanship! Honour to watch you work my friend.
What steel did you use...and yes, like all the other comments, it is a beatiful knife
Excellent video and a beautiful knife, but you could do with some better lighting in your video
Hello Mitch, wonderful skills and result. Thanks for sharing.
What type of handle wood from your order list is the one shown in this video.
Cheers Mate.
Nice video, thanks for share, 04:26 which belt did you used? Thanks
Thanks!
It is a 3m Trizact/Gator belt. It is the equivalent to 800g
Beautiful Work! I'll beg your forgiveness ahead of time, but I must highly-recommend installing a simple stop to prevent the work from spinning on the Drill Press as the bit catches. Prone to make very serious cuts indeed. Cheers.
Thank you! That's a great tip.
@@korknifeandtool5920 I'm glad you can use the "advice". I have scars to prove it! Best of Luck with your Work!
Well done!Tell me what kind of video camera do you use to shoot videos?
Thank you! I use the canon EOS R.
nice video mate
Thanks Jake!
Beautiful work man! Absolutely incredible results! I was wondering what did you use to stamp your makers mark? I looked like you did it with the blade cold, it resulted in a very crisp inscription. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you! Yes it is stamped cold with a 10 tone press. I find I get much cleaner and repeatable results from it.
Excellent work.. What thickness of scales do you start off with?
Thanks heaps! I start with around 17-20mm per side.
Hello, great knife. I was wondering why are you making the end of the handle thiner ? Is it for weight ? Line of the knife? Thanks you.
Thank you! I do it for both of those reasons, it reduces weight slightly but most of all look very nice and takes the knife to the next level and shows the extra care that goes into it.
