After remarking my reading score increased from 330 to 350....
I will say go for remarking , if u are confident that your test went well.
Also if u need only 10 - 20 marks to pass...better to go for remarking.
Hey same situation is mine I got 330 in reading and rest is grade B . I have applied for rechecking.

if i apply for remarking and book another test meanwhile, and get the desired results in remarking, am I able to cancel the other booked test and get a refund ?

Remarking our oet is worth trying especially if your score is closer to the next band. Mine for example, got 340 in listening and I applied for a remark , the score eventually changed to 360. So don't get deter by what people say,give it a push

I got 290 for the writing and 320 in reading and the funny thing is that I have a science master's degree in the UK . I did a lot of essay writings and readings during my course programme and came out with merit grade so I don't understand why I got these results to be honest. I think something is wrong. I know I performed well. So I don't understand why the low grade.. I have applied for remarking in both subtests hopefully I'll get the 350 required for me to practice. Fingers crossed! 🙏🏽🤞🏼
Update: My writing increased to 320 but the unfortunately the reading didn't 😔. I will have to retake the exam

@@niitychimusic5804 you need to apply for remarking with 72 hours of your result.
As far as time is concerned I think it's based on how busy they are .for me I get my results in 10days after applying for reevaluation
Got my result .My speaking score changes to 360 from 340.If your score are near to passing marks and mostly it happens in speaking and writing Go for rechecking

@@leenadavidson 14000 will be the fees and as i have experienced they did not incresed my score from 280 to 300 rather they just shifted to 290 and 340 remained samne in speaking samne happend with my friend they increased marks but not the band b coz they have to refund also.. secondly we are questioning on their marking so...

@@vichitravasudevan6936 low chance,but if you are confident you can give.( Eg. Counting mistakes etc)I Listening has more chance than reading in case of improving score's.
