I did a READ THROUGH......no underlining....nothing....just read it. Some chapters were ABSOLUTELY confounding. Then i did a read through with an end of verse reference Bible and looked up each reference.... LIGHT BULB ON !!! This was where I first saw how the OT and NT speak together. Highly recommend and my little Bible was not expensive. I just keep getting deeper over these past 5-6 years....I love my time in the Word. I FEEL my time in the Word. In today's world these are the only FEELS I trust. Thank you for explaining the Filament app so well! I have a little carry Bible that is filament enabled...and the font is pretty nice sized for my old eyes!
What an amazing journey through the Word - thank you for sharing! I love how you’ve deepened your understanding by connecting Scripture and how much joy and trust you’ve found in it. So glad the Filament app has been a helpful tool for you, too!
I have the non-filament version of this Bible and it’s my favorite daily Bible! The beginning daily sections make it easy to understand but it also allows me to share the content with my daughter 💛
In 2023 my new year’s resolution was to read the Bible in a year. I searched UA-cam for help and found a channel called Heart Dive with Kanoe Gibson. I thank God in helping me to accomplished my goal and for the first time in my 68 years- read my Bible through in a year!! I am now watching and reading it again in 2024! I just finished today’s study and UA-cam popped your channel in my feed! I love the concept of The Daily Walk Bible. I also love that it’s still setup so that you can reference it by specific book and chapters. I’ve never heard of the filament app or a filament enabled Bible. But it sounds great - I am going to check it out! I subscribed to your channel today! Thank you for introducing me to all these new concepts! All the praise goes to God!
What an inspiring testimony - congratulations on reading through the Bible for the first time in 2023 and starting again in 2024! I’m so glad you found the channel and were introduced to The Daily Walk Bible and the Filament app. It’s amazing to see how God is guiding your journey in His Word. Thank you for subscribing, and all praise to Him indeed!
I’ve Never heard of the Filament😊 Bible. I love the idea of having a resource that is a companion to the Bible. This would be wonderful daily Bible study. I’ve read through the Bible twice and I’m currently reading through the old testament.
I have done the Bible in a year reading plan, but felt more like I was just checking off the box to get it done than actually studying it. I really like that this Bible has the filament app connected to it, and think it will be a great resource to help me slow down, study, and apply the chapters I’m reading. Also, the NLT is my favorite version!!
I’ve been a Christian for 43 years and have started but never gone beyond March. 2025 will be the year that I will restart and persevere in completing. At my own pace. Will use the one you recommend. 🎉
That’s a wonderful goal, and I love your determination to persevere at your own pace! 🎉 God honors every step we take toward Him, and I’m excited for how He’ll meet you in His Word. Praying for a blessed and fulfilling journey in 2025! 🙏
I'm currently reading the bible in a year, following "Heart Dive with Kanoe & Holly". I'm gaining a lot doing with them,. We're in the Gospels now, working our way to Revelations in December. I've never seen The Daily Walk Bible, so it was good to catch your video. I really like the way it's laid out. I would love to own a copy. Perhaps a Christmas present.
That’s amazing! It’s so inspiring how God reveals something new with each read-through. The Bible Recap is such a great tool for diving deeper, especially with a chronological approach. Happy reading! 📖
I have read the bible through several times but not recently. This bible sounds like the inspiration I needed to get back into it again. I agree the NLT would be a good one for this purpose. It would be the first time I read through in a year using this translation. I plan on retiring soon and would have more time to spend in God’s word.
As a Christian I honesty believe that we are obligated to read God’s Word in its totality. I do desire to read the whole bible in which I’ve attempted several times. My problem is that I cannot read the bible without going into deep study. I’m excited about this new bible from Tyndale Publishing. It seems to be the answer to my prayer. Whether I choose short and succinct or deep and deliberate, I will be better able to read through the whole bible, without stopping. Thank you God and thank you Tyndale!
What a beautiful perspective on engaging with God’s Word! It’s wonderful that this Bible feels like an answer to your prayers. Whether reading or studying deeply, your desire to stay rooted in Scripture is inspiring. Praying this tool helps you complete your journey through the entire Bible!
So I actually just finished reading the Bible through and I finished it in 11 months. I’ve been a Christian since I was a child and I’m now 35 and just read it through for the first time. It was def a monumental moment for me. I don’t think reading the Bible all the way through makes me better than anyone or is my key to heaven, but it was just the fact I stuck with a commitment all the way through which is sometimes not my strong suit. I learned so much in my journey through the Bible and I would love to experience with a Bible like the daily walk Bible. It’s got some awesome features in it. Thanks for sharing!
I have not read through the Bible in a year. My attempts always fall short. This Bible makes it look doable. The app should help keep anyone engaged and interested during the tough to read books. Thanks for this video. God bless you.
Thank you for sharing! Don’t be discouraged - every step in God’s Word is meaningful. This Bible and app sound like great tools to help you stay engaged and encouraged. Praying your journey through Scripture is full of blessings! 🙏✨
Sadly, I have never read the Bible all the way through. The Old Testament is so hard to understand and I just give up. This Daily Walk Bible looks interesting and I believe the Filament app would be a great help to push through those chapters I have a difficult time understanding. Thank you for the awesome review and the opportunity to own one. Have a blessed day.
I read the whole Bible in a month...it was called the Shred...it was easy to read but I was reading so much that it was difficult to absorb so much at once...so reading the Bible in a year is very doable and it would be a fantastic study, especially with the filament app as a bonus 🙂
I have read through the Bible in a year using the Bible Recap a couple of times and with the Daily Grace studies the last couple of years. This Bible looks awesome 🎉
I did read though the Bible in a year, although there wasn't any deep study and I missed it. This Bible sounds great and I love the thought of the filament app!
I have attempted to read the Bible in a year, but have had difficulty finding a plan that suits me. I love the short devotionals and the rest stops every seventh day to pause and reflect on the week. The Filament app is also definitely a huge plus! I would love to win a copy to start off the New Year strong and in God's Word.
Love your blog and channel. Unfortunately i have not read the bible through in a year. I have read many books in the bible but not all the way through..i suffer with severe insomnia/fears and just staying consistent, I do find it difficult to focus. I feel this bible will be wonderful to help me stay on track and it will also help my children begin to also be consistent in the Word. Thank you Asherita..I truly look forward to your blogs and how they help me with my bible journaling. God bless
Thank you for the review and giveaway! I've read through the Bible many times. This Bible will be helpful as one can expand on its features as needed, just reading, add brief devotional, and add study notes with the Filament app.
I’ve read through it once and read how God speaks to me. I’m trying now to reread to see Gods perspective and personality. This with the devotions would be such an amazing combination to truly study HIM.
I have read the Bible many times. This past year I did the ESV Heart Dive 365. I have been looking for my new 2025 Bible. This Bible looks absolutely amazing! Even if I don't receive one as a gift I think I might just buy one. I might even do this today and if I "win" I can gift it to my accountability partner and we can BOTH go through it in 2025 🎉 I'm so excited about this! I love the idea of digging even deeper with the QR Codes🥰
I have tried reading the Bible in a year, and I always get frustrated and overwhelmed in the book of Leviticus. I tried auto while doing the treadmill but always got behind, but I do daily devotions in various books every day and evening. I have recently discovered The Legacy Standard Bible, and it's very interesting hearing the various names of God! Thank you for sharing this video. I will fill out the form! The Lord bless and keep you all!
Never read it in a year even though I love to read and be in Gods word I’m more of a need to let it stick then turn the page kinda girl. So, even if I tried I would end up reading and not really understanding the purpose, history, etc. If I can’t read it at my pace, I’ll end up reading meaningless words. But for this who do read it in a year that’s admirable! What I look for in a Bible is large print because my eyes are not too good. Also, I love it when there’s 2 or more ribbons. And it’s not required to be aesthetic but I love it even when more of it is! 😍
Just finished a 90 day chronological plan. It was my first all the way through plan. I did Bible Recap New Testament before. Loved it. Now doing a different Daily Chronological One Year Bible with a group but this Bible looks good. I’m now addicted to One Year, Chronological, and Daily Bibles 😂
That’s amazing - congratulations on completing your first full plan! 🎉 It’s so inspiring to hear how these plans have deepened your love for God’s Word. Chronological and daily Bibles are such a great way to stay consistent, and it sounds like you’ve found a rhythm that works for you. Happy reading!
I've read through the Bible four times, currently finishing up my fifth. The first time took two year. In 2023 I read it twice in different translations. This Daily Walk Bible would be ideal to give my friend to encourage her to read the Bible through.
Wow, that’s incredible! Your commitment to reading through the Bible is so inspiring, and I love how you’re encouraging your friend to start her own journey. The Daily Walk Bible sounds like the perfect gift to help her along the way! 🙌📚✨
Omggg I love it 😍😩🔥🔥🙌🏽 I just found your channel 🥰 thank you for the review, I’m currently doing the Bible in a year with Hods favor I’ll be done 🙌🏽 but I have to catch up , after giving birth to my 3rd baby is been tough but getting back to normal now 🥰🥰
I would love a Bible like this. In January, I read the Bible in 30 days. It was a challenge but it helped that I had a plan. I want to now take a slower reading approach by reading the Bible in a year. I think this would be perfect. The fact that it is organized like a regular Bible is a plus to be able to use it during church.
I have been reading some devotionals and Bible in a year but never seen to follow it through because l get confused with the number of different Bible books and can not recall what l read as some come with at least 3 different books on one day which does not help me to want to read through all and let alone recsll them. I have dyslexia so for me having the Bible in its order helps. I love this one as can follow through like you sre reading the Bible through and give you time to actually read in order and follow also there is a reflection day which is great to return back absolutely love The Daily walk Bible in a year helps use the Bible as normal but also as a devotion. Helps me to recall due to short term memory this order is so helpful.
I have read the Bible in a year but I have not had a Bible that will guide you and give you questions or an overview of that chapter. That would be amazing to walk through with being guided because I have a learning disability and have a hard time understanding what I read so having guidance versus me just reading would be a great tool that will help me to retain and understand a bit more especially since I have only been saved for 4 yrs now and not really have had much guidance. I’m just going along and watching videos to learn how to study the Bible. This would be a wonderful tool to help me grow and learn.
I have read through the Bible in a year several times. I have the Day by Day Chronological Bible. I’m not going to make it through this year because I had to deal with chemo this summer. God is good and I’m cancer free with amazing prayer warriors.
Praise God for His faithfulness and your healing! 🙌 What an incredible testimony of His goodness and the power of prayer. Even if this year’s plan didn’t go as expected, your time in God’s Word remains precious. Praying for continued strength and joy as you move forward! 💕📖
@@Asheritah Thank you Asheritah, the miracles keep coming. After just 7 short months I'm no longer on any medication. It's so amazing to experience God's blessings beyond measure...
This sounds wonderful. Today I literally was thinking About reading the Bible in a year for 2025. I’ve never been able to do it. I love that you could use it as a regular Bible.
I am currently reading Through the Year Bible foe Women NLT for the very 1st time but I haven’t been very consistent because it doesn’t hold my attention due to it’s just words with no “devotional” setup. I would love this type of Bible one day when I am able to afford someday. Thank you for doing a “walkthrough “ of the Daily Walk Bible. God bless you Asheritah
I've read through 3 bibles in the last 2 years... First was just "I've never done this before" cover to cover in the NKJV, then I found a chronological plan and read through my CSB study bible, and I'm 6 days away from finishing a 3 month read through of the LSB. If you're a constant bible reader, the fast read through is interesting, but it isn't for everyone. I won't do it again, but I did enjoy and will repeat the chronological read through. Additionally, finishing in a time frame is likely not going to be a goal. I enjoyed the study bible and want to spend more time in quality deep study versus a focus on quantity. Looking forward to that in my NIV The Jesus Bible 😄✝❤
I have not read the Bible in a year… I have “tried” several times 😔 I Love what you said about looking at it as big story all pointing towards Jesus❣️ The filament is very intriguing! I would love the opportunity to have this Bible… especially with January coming😊 Thank you for your review!
this bible looks really nice and thanks for the giveaway. I love how it's laid out. I believe it would help me be more structured in my bible reading and retain God's word more because I tend to read too much at a time and go too fast and not really grasp what God is saying. The filament app is very helpful also with the study information.
I would love to read through the Word in a year. I’ve tried a few times but not successfully . Thank you for such an informative and helpful video. God bless ☺️❤️
I have been interested in reading the Bible the whole way through. I am currently in Leviticus . It has been peaceful to be in the Word and watching Bible studies along the way. That specific Bible sounds great and would love to learn more of the Word. I love how it explains what you are about to read , who wrote it and more helpful details along the way. Thank you.
I love the NLT!! A friend introduced me to it a few months ago and I've since bought my own filament enabled bible which I love! But it is just a bible with no walk through or study notes etc. My aim was to buy a large print which I did. I grew up in church but the bible and its meaning has always been foreign to me. I couldn't understand it, and I couldn't work out how it applied to me and my life. The result was I stopped trying to navigate it all and turned my back on the church and yes God. I had a few personal issues which caused me to also question why thos would happen to me so coupled with not being able to understand what the bible is saying what God is saying I turned my back on it all. But this year I have and still am going through one of the hardest challenges I've ever had to face and my husband turned to God through it all which lead me, somewhat begrudgingly at first, back to God. And I've not looked back. Someone I know took us through a series called Christianity Explained and it made it all so much more clearer. Despite growing up in the church it was never explained so easily before. And so now I'm taking myself through the women of the bible and learning from them and how their experiences relate to me. But I still struggle trying to get through books like you like Leviticus and Deuteronomy which are just confusing. I saw this on the NLT Facebook page and followed the link to watch your video and I've entered the competition to (hopefully) win one of these fantastic bibles! Anything to help me and my walk with God. Thank you so much for this awesome review of this awesome bible. I loved it and I love the NLT. So easy to understand. God bless you!! ❤
I have been waiting for this Bible. I saw the older version and really wanted it. But then I saw they ❤were coming out with this one! I am doing Bible recap this year for the first time. It really has helped in staying consistent
I have the digital walk thru the bible Daily Walk Devotions 2024, and have enjoyed reading these this year. Was excited to hear they have come out with a bible with daily devotions in them!
I have read the Bible about 4 times all the way through, but for 2025 I plan to Read and Study the Bible at the same time, I also want to take my time so I can absorb what I’m reading. I don’t have a Bible like this and I would love one, I desire to actually be consistent this upcoming year especially with taking the time to study the scriptures.
That’s such a wonderful plan for 2025! Taking time to read and study simultaneously can make Scripture even more meaningful. A Bible like this sounds like it would be a great fit to support your consistency and deep study. Wishing you a blessed journey in the Word! ✨
That’s incredible! Completing it twice in two years is such a testament to your dedication. It’s amazing how God’s Word can transform our lives. Keep going strong! 📖
I have NOT read the BIBLE all the way through - yet! Dwfinatley in my plan to do so! It is intimidating for sure. This Bible sounds like a great companion to walk me through! Thank you for sharing! Also - love your channel and currently reading "Full." Wonderful!! Thank you!
I just finished reading the Old Testament through in the NIV Chronological Bible. I think it would be great to read it through next year in the NLT translation. I think I would enjoy how this is set up with daily reading and study. Thank you for your review!
I've read the bible in a year. I try to do it ever year, but in 2025 I want to READ and STUDY the word. This bible will help me do so with the filament feature .
That’s a fantastic goal for 2025! Combining reading and studying will deepen your understanding and connection to God’s Word. The Filament feature sounds like a great tool to help you on this journey. Wishing you blessings as you dive in!
That’s incredible! Reading through the Bible multiple times is such a meaningful way to immerse yourself in God’s Word. Praying your continued time in Scripture brings fresh insights and deepens your faith! 💛
I did in 2022. I wanted to again in 2024 but I have been studying more deep this time so I am only in 2 kings 9. But that's okay. In God's time. He is revealing much 🙌✝️✝️
I have never read the Bible thru but would love to. In the past I always got overwhelmed and just gave up. I think this Bible might to able to help me get thru it.
Im reading it for the first time in my life, and chronologically, it works fine. A little at the time. And i think its nessecary to do that for me. I highlight what stands out, do some notes, and my plan after this is to study the timeline and characters for a bit. But noticed my readingplan in the back does not include some chapers or even the leviticus. But i read it anyway and glad i did!
That’s a wonderful approach! Taking your time to study as you go allows you to dig deeper into God’s Word. Praying your journey through Scripture is both enriching and rewarding as you learn more and more about the heart of God!
Thank you, @Asheritah, for making these videos! As a Bible nerd, I’m always excited to learn more about the different types of Bibles available. I personally look for Bibles with features like clear, readable fonts, reasonable margin space for annotation, durable covers, and study tools like cross-references and maps. I’d love to win this Bible because of the unique Filament App feature- I haven't tried that out yet, and this would be an amazing tool to help me stay on track!
I have always wanted to read through the Bible in a year, but the Old Testament always stops me! So this would probably make it easier for me. I have been saved for 40 years and have always been intimidated by reading through the Bible and I would love to win this Bible and app it would help me tremendously. I am a very visual learner so I know the filament app would help tremendously.
That’s wonderful! It’s so encouraging to hear about your church reading through the Bible together - what a beautiful way to grow in faith as a community. Blessings to you and your church family in Frenchburg! 🙏📖✨
Guys, listen. We need to get ourselves together. Muslims read the Quran several times a year, not just once, and most even have it memorised. Not trying to be legalistic here, but they also pray 5 times a day, no matter what. Muslims call us "people of the Book" because most of us are not reading our Bibles as much as we should. By the way, had I actually read my Bible through once a year since I turned to Jesus, I would have already read it about eight times. I am just at run number five: we have got to catch up, my people! Also, I know I can read it through in about 50 days (I have empirically tested this). All it takes is 24 chapters a day. I have divided my Bible up into 7 sections, from which I read a certain amount of chapters, all adding up to 24 per day. Why 24? Because there are 24h in a day. Don't give Satan rest, read a bit of your Bible throughout your day! Anyway, a 50-day plan is a bit extreme for some. Try 90-day plan or a more relaxed 180-day plan or a year plan, but, please, read EVERY DAY. I am preaching to myself here, as well.
I have read through the bible in a year a couple of times, but lately haven't been able to get through it. This bible seems to have some things that will make it more understandable with the daily devotions and the Filament app option.
I’ve read through the Bible in a year a couple of times. I’m currently reading through it again, but taking it slower and using an ESV study to glean some extra incites.
After moving to college this semester, my daily Bible time disintegrated as my schedule changed. I wonder if this Bible with all of its helpful notes would help me get back into it. I'd love to have one!
Thank you for sharing! Adjusting to a new schedule can be tough, but it’s wonderful that you’re seeking to get back into your Bible time. Praying you find the tools and rhythms that draw you closer to Him! 💛📖✨
I have not read through the Bible in a year.... It takes me longer than that! Are the resources available with the Filament app the same with all the different Bibles that are enabled with it?
I would love to try this (and the filament app). I am currently on my 2nd time through the Bible, using the Bible Recap. Does this Bible have red letters? My current ESV does not and I miss it.
My stumbling place is the prophets. They are difficult to understand for me. I skip some of the hard ones and then go back after I finish the NT. I bought the NIV Study Bible and the notes were a little difficult for me. I like how this Bible is broken up into pieces and has the filament app. I have read the prophets, but I need something to help me understand the prophets.
I did a READ THROUGH......no underlining....nothing....just read it. Some chapters were ABSOLUTELY confounding. decided I would read thru the bible this year! Im about half way thru 😆 so it's now a 2-year journey 😍
I did read though the Bible in a year, although there wasn't any deep study and I missed it. This Bible sounds great and I love the thought of the filament app!

I have never completed reading the Bible in a year. This looks like a great bible to do it with!
The past 3 years I’ve tried to read through the Bible in a year but it’s been a struggle. I love how this Bible is set up!

@ 😃👍
I would love to have this I just started trying to read through the Bible this is layed out so beautifully
I have not read the Bible in a year… I have “tried” several times 😔
I Love what you said about looking at it as big story all pointing towards Jesus❣️
The filament is very intriguing!
I would love the opportunity to have this Bible… especially with January coming😊
Thank you for your review!
this bible looks really nice and thanks for the giveaway.
I love a Bible with plenty of writing space but I love how guided this one is!!
the layout is nice. its interesting that they keep it in regular order but still have a daily breakdown.
This looks amazing! I also love the NLT translation.
Wow. This looks amazing and very well laid out. Thank you for the giveaway. I love Bibles that are easy to read and understand.
I am on my second round. I did it fully in 2023. And am almost complete for the second time in 2024!!! It’s changed my life!
Beautiful wow ..what a great resource
I've read the bible in a year. I try to do it ever year, but in 2025 I want to READ and STUDY the word. This bible will help me do so with the filament feature .
That’s a fantastic goal for 2025! Combining reading and studying will deepen your understanding and connection to God’s Word. The Filament feature sounds like a great tool to help you on this journey. Wishing you blessings as you dive in!
I’m very interested in checking this Bible, thank you!
I would love to be able to read the bible in a year and this may help me get started
I’ve read thru the Bible multiple times following a reading plan each time.
@cecilly59 What plan did you use, if you don't mind me asking? I'm trying to find a good one.
@ different ones professor Grant Horner’s plan, the F360 plan, a chronological plan, etc.
That’s incredible! Reading through the Bible multiple times is such a meaningful way to immerse yourself in God’s Word. Praying your continued time in Scripture brings fresh insights and deepens your faith! 💛
Yes I have.
I have tried reading the entire bible but get stuck!!! This looks like a great bible to use!!!
This looks like just what I need to help me stay on track with daily Bible reading! I love the supplemental app, too! Even worship music? I'm in!
I haven’t read through the Bible in a year but I am slowly working through every book. I like to study as I go so it takes me a bit longer.
That’s a wonderful approach! Taking your time to study as you go allows you to dig deeper into God’s Word. Praying your journey through Scripture is both enriching and rewarding as you learn more and more about the heart of God!
Thank you for the review, the next day I went and bought one and love it.
Oh, yay! I'm so glad that this review helped match you with your perfect Bible. May you delight in the heart of God as you spend time in His Word. 💛
I am a very visual learner so I know the filament app would help tremendously.
yes i have read the BIBLE THROUGH IN A YEAR WE READ THE BIBLE IN A YEAR AT FRENCHBURG BAPTIST CHURCH IN FRENCHBURG KENTUCKY
Yes, I have read through the Bible in a year. Not sure how much I got out of it as it skipped around from Old to New Testament.
I have not been able to read the whole Bible cover to cover. the New Testament--yes!! the whole Bible, not yet. Hoping this is the way.
I'm ashamed to admit that I've never read the Bible cover to cover. I'm not a young woman so I need to do it now. Pray for me please.
I’ve read through the Bible in a year a couple of times. I’m currently reading through it again, but taking it slower and using an ESV study to glean some extra incites.
I have started read through the Bible plans several times but only finished once... b maybe a bible like this would help though!
I am presently doing a bible study with heart dive a group on you tube which will be done dec 31.
i filled out the form
I'm about a week and a half away from finishing my Bible in a year program.
It seems like every time I try to read the whole Bible something happens and I get behind. I then end up giving up.
Is this a sewn binding or glued?
I keep trying to do the Bible in a Year but I always get off track.
I've always thought NLT was a paraphrase, not a translation. I read it sometimes if I'm really confused, but is it really good for studying?
Thanks for this video! can I join the giveaway even though I am from the Philippines?
I have “meant” to & the evil one has interceded every time. 2025 will be the year!! I don’t have a NLT Bible. 🤔
