  • Hi guys! Here is little video of me meal prepping my breakfast and lunch for the week. I wasn't too descriptive with the chicken noodle soup recipe, so here it is
    Chicken noodle Soup Recipe:
    Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder and paprika
    Sear chicken thighs skin down for a minute
    Place in oven for 25 minutes
    Once chicken is finished, use the juices from the pan and place into a soup pot, cut the chicken into pieces and place to the side
    Add celery, bell pepper, onion, and carrots to the pot, add chicken cube, and black pepper. Cook until fragrant then add the garlic
    Add the chicken pieces
    Add chicken broth(as much as you'd like), bring to a boil and simmer for 45minutes-1hour
