    175 gr mashmallow
    350 gr powdered sugar or icing sugar
    30-50 gr powdered sugar if still sticky dough
    cornstarch for dusting and kneading the dough
    2-3 tbsp of water
    food cooloring

    This is one of the best videos I've seen! Most other put all the sugar in at first and the mix becomes dry and crumbly, then they suddenly skip to finished product! Gets intimidated for a beginner to watch 😅 you show the whole process and I'm not scared to try it anymore :) thsnk you!

    Just made this awesome I was freaking out in the begging because it was sticking to my hand but I kept adding sugar and kneading until it got firm thank you !

    If you put marshmallow fondant on a cake, then freeze, will it thaw in good condition? At times, I need to make a cake in advance. Would be nice to use this method if it freezes well.

    Question : can I stop the process at 2:00 and maybe add some sifted powered sugar to make myself like a marshmallow fluff? A hacked verse of course, but would it work.

    I was trying to make a marshmallow filling for a macaron using real marshmallow but all recipies were with egg whites. This helped a ton!

      You have to melt the marshmallowa and add icing sugars.

      I would say no because melted marshmallows are too sticky I think it would taste good but the texture of the cake is very sticky confectioner's/powdered/icing sugar needs to be added to not make it sticky
