Brilliant - first person I've seen doing a proper job, most back boxes are all rubbish and just crack if you use pliers, well done!

Since when have plastic box boxes had a IP rating? In 30 or so years as an electrician I have never heard of plastic back boxes having an IP rating. If an electrician installed service mounted plastic back box’s in my house or office and put cillecon on them I would not be happy , it make it look more rubbish than it already did.
Realistically electrician’s aren’t going to do it , I always use mini trunking when I service mount cables and back boxes , even in the garage or shed or out building, or I use PVC conduit.
But who am I, I’m just a humble spark who’s opinion means nothing 😂
Great video as always Gaz 👍👍👍❤️

That is exactly what my electrician did not do. I think they went on a course on how to create and leave as much mess as possible as well as leaving a poor finish everywhere
