Great video, thanks !! On 2016 takes 93/TB battery ( and guessing likely 2012+, the middle strap and battery is only 7" tall ) If you use the group 49 battery just leave out the center strap which was overkill from ASTON anyway , the front brackets will hold the battery 100% ZERO chance of movement, also the i was able to remove the large main carpet panel in front of battery if you bend it in the middle, it will crackle but not crack and come out without remove anything from back center panel.
Thanks! Yeah, I know what you mean. The roadster is often overlooked and treated as the same car. I had to repair the convertible top mechanism a few years back and I found nothing on how to do it so I made a video about that so I can go back to it if I blow another hydraulic hose in the roof.
2008 should be the same as far as I know. I very much doubt Aston Martin changed the battery layout. It would be pretty easy to check; just pull the seat forward and pull up the battery cover. It has a leather tab on the cover so you can just pull it up and see if there is a battery under there. It will have a piece of foam on top of it which can be pulled out to reveal the battery.

Really helpful thanks. Mine's a 2010 UK model so bolt sizes slightly different.
Thank you - this was very helpful as everything on you tube was the coupe
