I'm fascinated by your channel. A couple of questions so there are two deep planes of the Gl. Max? What is the function of the deep planes of the Gl. Max in comparison to the superficial plane of the Gl. Max or is it simply ( how I was taught there are upper fibers (perhaps the superficial plane) and lower fibers of the Gl Max....Second question, I have not heard of the iliotibial tract doing abduction? How is this occurring?
Wish someone could talk my way through the video as it goes. Just looking at playing video I found impossible to understand. Tried repeatedly but still no sound.
I was hoping to see how tensor fascia latae would cause hip medial rotation. Seeing its fiber direction, it doesnt make sense to me.
It's not the most important role of TFL. See gluteus minimus: ua-cam.com/video/0CEeHPpYMfM/v-deo.html
agreed, this is why i clicked on this video, the very last clip does a good job of explaining it. It's more anterior then one might think
I would like to see how internal and external rotation and adduction work with the thigh flexed 90deg.
Excelente, y muy buena explicación y modelo.
