oh this is so nice. even with a workout you can be relaxed. I used to be a ballerina in my younger younger years. I find upbeat exercise doable but hard mentally to do in the morning because i am not fully awake. With this I can slowly wake up while im doing it. :) I remember when I was a kid and Id be in the ballet studio at 6 in the morning and be so sleepy but still able to do the exercise. LOL I am so happy there is an app for this! im subscribing soon! Thank you Sleek!
Hi Margarita, after the 3 tendu or glissade to the front you can replace the 3 jumps with 3 glissade to the side closing alternately back, front back. Try these with a flexed foot so you are squeezing the inner thighs together each time the foot and leg closes like a pair of scissors. Hope this is helpful? V x
