@@DottieBengo you are not alone. Many people do that, including me when I had ME/CFS. the key is to develop strategies to break the pattern. Have you got any ideas how you might do that?
I've done a lot of therapy for Cfs, Mickel therapy, lightning process, optimum health clinic etc and everytime I've done it, they've told me I'm bored, so I've started to do more, I've crashed with stress and the therapist has shut down on me and I've gone worse.
@liam.4454 Sorry to hear that, Liam. You should not have been treated like that by a therapist. As I hope I made it clear is that we need to discern when to use certain strategies and when we need to use other strategies.
Overdoing it is my thing. Because when i am feeling better, i think i've recovered!
