I thought you, Sten and Taylor, did a great job of leaving bias out of your podcasts. That was one of the reasons I was hooked and binge watched when I found them
You all have the best, most soothing voice for podcasts. I can put it on and work on my projects while listening. I love how there is no "bursting out laughing" or any extreme changes in tone of voice as there are on other podcasts. You guys hit the nail on the head as far as story telling goes. I could listen forever. A good friend of mine used to work at The Day (Kate) and I'm originally from Westerly, RI, living in MA now but Rhode Island is home, so close to New London, CT. Many thanks to you all for your dedication and hard work in putting this great series together. WELL DONE!!
I started listening to the all 10 ep just couple days ago. I just want to say huge Thank You for this podcast. In the trial, there were lots of details they couldn't mentioned. But your podcast helped by giving so much context behind the verdict. I really loved all the details about Celebration, FL. I wouldn't understand its culture just by watching the trial.
I find this podcast very interesting. Before the trial, I had only heard the headline about this case two years ago but nothing more. Perhaps this is why I was selected as one of the jurors. To me, it was a profoundly traumatic experience. It was after the trial was over that I was able to lookup information about the case. Thank you for the great job you have done putting this podcast together. I now realize there was a lot going on that wasn’t even mentioned to us during the trial. I’m glad we did the right thing.
What told me it was Tony is that he mentioned " she burnt her diary or Journal" I think she found out about the investigation of fraud, she may wanted to leave him, not much was talked about that here, but the journal played a role in it, cause if he wanted to make it sound she did it, it would be in there.
Your podcast is wonderful. Very professional and objective. Everyone interviewed was treated with respect. I really enjoyed listening to it. I am looking forward to your follow up and hearing your take on the trial.
Amazing job on this series. Followed the whole trial then I found this podcast today and binged all 11 episodes. I've subscribed and awaiting the follow up episodes. 🙂
I have never watched a podcast before. Was very worthwhile. Gave more extra to the story than I expected. I would definitely like to see another. Thank you for the effort you put in to your work ❤️
If you're doing internet searches, wouldn't you work out that heating or freezing medications makes them ineffective? Also, why wouldn't you just go and get a prescription for xanax? Instead of the drawn out horrific and cruel scenario that unfolded? So much of it makes no sense
The interview with LE certainly didn’t help him in my view. It’s obvious he was intentionally lying to detectives throughout (he wasn’t confused) about his family dynamic.
The 2 phones were photographed on the front porch in trial evidence. The two he described in his 1st confession of killing them himself while in jail to detectives prior to no Miranda Law being applied to his case.
Tony stayed in the house for weeks with the dead bodies how did he explain this? My take Megan God rest her soul discovered tony’s fraud and threaten to leave him and take the children I believe this is why he annihilated his family.
I understand the fascination with the case, but we’re not learning anything new here. These podcasters think it’s hard for them? Imagine everyone tied to the todts being hunted by podcasters and journalists. It’s time to leave them alone.
There has been a concerted effort by the DSM-5-TR to be rid of both psychopath/Sociopath from the list of recognied disorders as they are far too vague and broad in scope. The plan was to have them both umbrellaed under various designations of "Personality Disorders" but 'The Media' would NOT have it. The Media single handedly has kept those two terms in the public lexicon and in the DSM-5!
Okay enough with the long-winded speech about how the story affected the podcaster. I think promoting your website at the end of one of the episodes by saying listeners could check out images of the dead and decaying bodies was a little rough.
What he told the detectives is the truth. I believe he bound megan to th kill tje kids and then her. He had plans to get back to gether but megan had had enough of his lies his extravagance.e bed and told her he was going to kill the kids first then her. He stabbed megan s so deep both stab wounds killed her
I cannot believe that you are saying Mr todt was being emotionally abused by megan - it's quite clear she was a sweet loving person - and that it is megan who was abused. The man quite clearly murdered his family and then tried to pin it on his wife. It is disrespectful to portray otherwise to the dead family
Thanks because I know there's a huge emotional cost to those researching these evil killers and digging in. Then to tell the story like you have your living and breathing it. You must cry. Wake up. Jump. It'll leave it's mark on you both I'm sure.
Man if u guys can’t figure this out very sad. The dude was in debt up to his eye balls Instead of explaining this to his wife he took them all out sad cmon man I know u have a show to do but be real he’s a loser took it out on his family please get real Meagan didn’t do anything please get real
Tony was the one texting as Megan to his sister about the end of the world.
Yessssssd. I wad looking for somebody to say this for so long. But this isnt proved is it?
Good insight there
@@camach28He says in one of his police interviews that it was him doing it.

Great series, please make more! Your voices and story telling are fantastic!

This is the best podcast series i have listened too. Well done.

Thanks for the great series. Very informative!
Will there be a follow up since the trial is over and Did He reach out to you like he said he would when his trial was over?
Excellent question
Just coming here to ask the same question.
Need answers! He was the most selfish prick I have ever seen on the stand.

So true
Excellent coverage 👏. I'm shocked that nobody else has ever talked about this case.
What a fantastic podcast and well done. Thank you.
Thanks for listening
Oh there were packages of toys in evidence. Tony cashed a birthday check that was mailed to Tyler. Pos

I am so anxious to hear more!!! You guys have had me enthralled with this story👍 Fantastic Work!!!
Are you going to add to your Todt family podcast now that Anthony’s trial has been held and he’s been convicted? Would like to hear your thoughts.
How comes not one member of her family or friends testified on trial?
Seems like state didnt need that to convict him.
Amazing job on this series. Followed the whole trial then I found this podcast today and binged all 11 episodes. I've subscribed and awaiting the follow up episodes. 🙂
Ditto!! So well done! 👍
Me too!
Horrifying story. Great job on the podcast
I think he lied about Megan hiding the phones as a cover for not calling for help, he didn’t want her to be saved.
I have never watched a podcast before. Was very worthwhile. Gave more extra to the story than I expected. I would definitely like to see another. Thank you for the effort you put in to your work ❤️
Trial is over, have you tried to contact him and with what results?
amazing job...Thank you
Great job
Wow, way too many commercials.

You have done well

I disagree. A crime was committed. Everyone is a potential witness.

Just because hes a professor of ethics doesn't mean anything. In fact I think it means he probably doesn't know the meaning of the word.
Can’t find episode 14?
Episode 14 comes out Wednesday
I don’t think we have the whole truth as to what happened. I hope the truth comes out sooner than later.

Why are there so many women these days who insist upon speaking with that annoying vocal fry? I can’t listen to her but the male’s voice is great.
This podcast is literally chefs kiss🤌🤌🤌 best hands down

Where did you hear that? what they said was there was No proof that Megan was abusive! 🙄
Wwhaaa?
I’m not sure why you think the podcasters said that, but you’re mistaken.
There were "wrapped presents"and at home; according to Tony
At trial his answer to why he didnt call police? He said he couldnt find the phones blah blah...
To Tony, it was going to be the end of his world! His financial fraud, his fmly leaving him ect.
